I’ve been going to Kristine here at Diva Nails for over 2 years. I have visited many other nail shops when I’m away from home, and NOBODY is able to give me the quality that Kristine gives me. She takes her time to shape each nail individually according to the shape of my nail bed. I have wide set fingers and nails, but Kristine manages to make my coffin shape set look just as good as anyone with perfect shape nails. She’s also very kind and gentle. I have rarely picked my own color as she always has a good suggestion of what would look good with my skin tone while keeping my taste in mind. The ONLY reason i gave four stars is because most times I’m unable to be seated at my appropriate appointment time, but it’s always worth the wait for her. I know she takes her time with each client so I’m willing to wait if needed! I will never go anywhere else!

Okay service, pretty professional, and nice, clean atmosphere. They do have a lot of cool features like the wine (I’m too young to drink however). But gave me the WORST manicure OF MY LIFE! i waited a good 45 minutes. I walked out so angry, disappointed, and unsatisfied. I was so embarrassed by the manicure I got, I was hiding my hands. It was awful. I HAD to get them off so I went to another place to get them re-done and as they peeled off the gel, the manicurist showed me that the paint was laid on SO THICK on my nail, that the bottom layer was STILL WET! He cut the crease of my nail and it hurt so bad. When i told him, he said “what can i do about it now?” and he scoffed. when he was measuring my nails i chose the same length i always get at other salons and he said “that’s too long” and cut it realllyyy short! so i wasnt able to choose my own length. The lettering i asked for was AWFUL. trust me, it looked SOO much worse in person. I’m sure they’re good for everything else EXCEPT acrylic!!

I went it there it was absolutely disgusting. My nails came out looking clumpy and uneven and the woman doing my nails totally messed up what I asked for. Along with that there were ROACHES everywhere. I went to use their restroom as well and it was disgusting and unmanaged. Never going there again.

The service is decent. They’re usually pretty busy and the person that I go to does a good job. Be aware that they no longer accept credit cards which puts extra ATM fees and inconvenience on the customer. I use credit for almost everything so this can be very annoying as they shift the fees and inconvenience on to you but other than that, it’s decent. I also have to say that most of the workers are not friendly. The prices are not posted (except for the pedicure list that they give you) which wouldn’t be a problem but they often upcharge for no real reason. Paid $97 for a fill and basic pedicure. I think that I will find a new spot. They don’t seem to value their customers at all.

Love my nails 1st off I didn’t feel rushed at all to pick my colors and she really took her time and made sure my nails were on point. This was regardless of it being closing time when i arrived nevermind you. So thanks lady’s for your great service but a Special Thank you too Judy you did a great job sweetie i will see you soon. Definitely my new go to nail shop from now on.

Got a gel manicure by Nina and she did so good she was not rough on my hands at all (ive had so many bad experiences at other places with them being so rough and making me bleed) , and was seriously so nice and sweet! Will definitely be going back to her! Pedicure, Gel manicures

I wasn’t sure what to expect since I hadnt been here in sometime. I had a pedicare (regular., nothing fancy) and a gel manicure. The pedicure was $24. The best thing I liked about it was that the water, for once, was actually warm! My manicurust Incidentally was super nice and friendly. She reviewed the colors that I picked to make sure that’s what I wanted as sometimes it doesnt always look the same on your nails. My gel manicure was only $31, very reasonable price, and turned out very nice as well. Please note: I’m not one for fancy nail work, in fact, my nails are short.The service is great, prices are reasonable, and final outcomes look great! I will definitely return.

This place is very very busy but are relatively quick. 8/10 times I have been very happy with my nails and pedicure. I always splurge on design for my nails and if you explain to the reception what you are wanting they will match you with the right person that has the skillset for freehand details.
