Called super last minute and they were able to get me in for my manicure and pedicure within amazing timing I had already called 3 places and I was worried about the integrity of them because if my work is health care, she assured me and informed me of all my options and gave me her professional opinion and even backed it up if it doesn’t workout the top end pedicure is definitely worth it they made me feel like a million dollars, I didn’t love the color I ended up choosing just pigment wise but she offered to change it and lead me in the right direction for when there WILL DEFINITELY be a next time. So so so pleased such personable staff that really makes each client feel special ❤️

I have used this business before for pedicures and they did a good job. Today on the other hand I treated my girls to getting their nails done and was not pleased. My youngest picked a purple and it was a cream white. Then my 13yr old the guy dug at her cuticle, ended up cutting it making it bleed. She is one to not bring it up infront of the workers and she didn’t show me until we had already paid. Then they didn’t do a very good job at cleaning up the acrylic around the edge of my nails even after pointing it out. The amount it cost does not match the work done. Sad with them being best of best 2022.

I was a walk in for a manicure and they got me in promptly. Nice place. The gentleman that did my nails seemed to know what he was doing and efficient. Talked me into trying dipped nails which was $10 more than gel. I will see how I like it. He says it will last longer. He spent quite a bit of time on my nails. He did do some lotion at the end and a bit of a massage but it felt hurried.

I had a scheduled appointment, walked in to find 4 other people also had an appointment for the same time slot…. With only 3 workers. They then had us move over to the pedicure chairs that were broken. Had us wait in the broken chairs for 45 minutes, not soaking or anything. After 45 minutes of waiting we finally got up to leave since they still had 3 other people also waiting for pedicures and the employee tried to say it was almost our turn. The employee doing the pedicure on the other person was going so fast it looked like a very rushed experience. Better organization is definitely needed at this establishment. It’s really disrespectful to waste so much of so many peoples time.

O.k. the man, Denny, was AMAZINGLY nice! And patient with me! Which is why he got a decent tip. However, my nails…are a disaster! They’re crooked, something I addressed several times while there. I DO understand my nails are a challenge. Several fingers have been broken, some twice. A point I mentioned twice so he would check them. And I HAVE successfully had nails that were straight, so I know it CAN be done. After I left, I noticed many air bubbles. Also, the coffin shape is NOT symmetrical per nail. And now, about 12 hours later and one is broken already! Also, no effort was made to clean up underside of nails. AND it was $65?? Because I had to go back to work, I wasn’t able to sit longer to have him fix them Sad part is, I LOVE the color. That’s it. The pink and black are all of the ones from today. the pictures of the pink/white hombre is proof how amazing they CAN look when time to make them even is taken. They too were $65!
