Diva Nails is my go to Salon. I’ve been using them for over 13 years!! They do a wonderful job. I’m not a huge fan of their basket full of gel nail colors. It is small and always difficult and awkward to sort though the options without almost dropping the basket every time. They could do a better job of organizing them. Also, while they are nice and professional, they are not a friendly bunch. They are all business. If you’re looking for a chatty tech, this is not your place. If you are looking for quality and professionalism, give them a try.

Diva! Was wonderful! Such a wonderful pampering I got! Very affordable if you keep your head out of the clouds while you’re being treated to such luxury! I’m afraid I did not but, enjoyed every second! The girl that did my toes put a beautiful little flower with a lovely vine down the side and a sparkling little jewel in the center of each flower and they turned out beautifully even though it’s been over 2 weeks! I just rub a little lotion into each toe nail every night and they still look as beautiful as the day she did them! Yes I recommend them 100% and of course I will be going back!

Waited 45 minutes and didn’t get any service! I came in for an acrylic fill and the lady said to have a seat. 3 ladies in front of me got their pedicures. Then two ladies (a mom and daughter) came in and sat. Next came an old lady who came in and sat. Then Chris, the guy that does the acrylic nails got done with his client. The client left. So, I’m thinking it’s my turn. Nope! The old lady just got up and sat at Chris’ station without even being called. Then he started to do her nails. I got up and said, it’s my turn. Chris said “oh. She had an appointment”. Dang… you could have told me that 45 minutes ago! They knew that they had appointments in the books. Should not have told me to sit. The mom and daughter who came in before the old lady, also had an appointment. So, the old lady just cut in front of them. I left the store without any service after waiting 45 minutes. If you plan to go to Diva nails, get an appointment!

I have been going to Diva Nails in Loveland for years for pedicures. I assume I’m the type of customer they like and want to hold onto…I keep my appointments, I tip the staff well and like their services. This week I went in there and had a pedi. I was using a $100 gift certificate from my son that I had stashed in my glove compartment.and when I gave it to Chris, the owner, he told me it had expired on Dec 21st. He was right–it had!
