Critical: Professionalism, QualityPedicure was not what I ask for and was awful. I asked for the basic pedicure(was in a hurry) and I was charged 50.00 for the worst pedi I have ever had! Nails are left uneven and paint was terrible. Hardly any scuba on the heels and no massage! Got my nails done, a full set and when I told her I brought my own polish she refused to paint them! Said I can do myself.upon check out my bill was 75.00 and I used my card she told me if I dont pay cash there is a 3.00 fee for using the credit card machine. Also kept telling me to add tip. I told her no tip I will pay that in cash. Made her very upset. Pedicure was not what I ask for and was awful. I asked for the basic pedicure(was in a hurry) and I was charged 50.00 for the worst pedi I have ever had! Nails are left uneven and paint was terrible. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueIt was unsanitary and I ended up bleeding they were using tools that obviously haven’t been cleaned in days and then proceeded to use the tools they used on me on another customer in front of me, after I started bleeding from the tools and then proceeded to paint over the blood! They were rushing me and my friend the entire time and refused to a design on our nails. Then said they couldn’t give me the birthday discount because “we came in too late”. They were overall extremely rude and petty especially after we didn’t tip because of the terrible service. Never going again! It was unsanitary and I ended up bleeding they were using tools that obviously haven’t been cleaned in days and then proceeded to use the tools they used on me on another customer in front of me, after I started bleeding from the tools and then proceeded to paint over the blood! I sat there with just tips for 15 mins. I asked the lady 2 times if she could clip them.The lady ended up finishing my nails. Which she hurt me so many times. I asked her to not be so aggressive. Positive: QualityOwned by the sweetest couple! She was very gentle and took her time to create the perfect shape for my tiny nails. Definitely recommend. And will return. Located inside Washington Park Mall.
