The only bad experience I had is when the girl that does pedicures was talking to much for me. She was talking so much to the point where she was scrubbing my foot and rubbed so hard that some of my skin came off. All she said was “oh my bad” and acted like it wasn’t a big deal. She is very unprofessional and I would never have her do my feet again! Pay more attention to the job your being paid to do and stop talking so much. I just want you to do a good service so i can be on my way with no issues

The worse place in Racine. I got the dipping polish and it started coming off after one week. My pedicure also started coming off. They also charge me extra $10 for removing my previous dipping manicure. I won’t recommended this place. They over charge for horrible service.

I called on a Friday looking for room for FOUR people, the following day. Selena got us all in promptly at 11AM! Two of the four were little girls, 3 years old and 4 years old. OH MY GOODNESS Selena and the whole team treated the girls like princesses. Even though the girls just did basic polishes (no mani/pedi) the nail techs took their time to make their nails look perfect! Selena also gave the girls extra special attention. I can’t get over how attentive everyone was to our little girls.

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI walked in with beautifully done nails, just needing a fill. I had an appointment and waited an hour at a table. Someone inexperienced did my nails. I was ensured that they could do what I asked. I was told after all my nails were filed down they couldn’t do what I asked and if I’d like I could go somewhere else for color. I left with my nails looking awful and an injured finger. I’m extremely upset because this for my birthday. ….I’m updating this review three weeks later, my nails are still healing. I was informed by another salon that the woman filed through my left Pinky’s nail bed.!!! I’m upset because when I called I was told they didn’t do this! I have the receipt and photos of my injured nail.
