I came here two different times. The first I got the neon set to glow in the dark and not only did they glow in the dark they looked amazing! The second time I got the smiley faces and I didn’t expect them to be that cute! The service was amazing and the staff was so nice and friendly. They did an amazing job, I’d definitely come back again 🙂

I went in for a soak off and new acrylic set. The person who helped me told me that they don’t do soak offs at the shop and used a sharp tool instead to scrape off the old acrylic. She ended up cutting right through two of my nails and they would not stop bleeding! The worst pain ever! She was too rough and clearly did not know what she was doing. Anyways, I left there with my nails undone (left all cracked and bleeding) because she refused to paint over the mess that was done. This was my first time at this shop and I will not be coming in anytime soon.

Very expensive!!!! Very poor customer service compared to all other places in Michigan, i will never ever visit this place again and I would not recommend this place at all… long wait time and unresponsive even with the appointment.. Nails are not done in the right way the extensions are put in different directions and no body helps in picking the colors. I came in to the store at 10:30 AM and had to leave at 1:40 PM with all these huddles.. One lady just keeps answering in a very unprofessional way irritatedly if we ask any questions. Very bad bad worst customer service!! I never give negative reviews to any place but this is my first bad review in 20 years.

I went here for the first time a couple of days ago because we’re leaving for a trip this Wednesday morning. I just notice all my nails are peeling and chipping. I should have walk out when the guy that was doing my ( $50.00 dollar plus a very nice tip pedicure ) got mad because I asked him to please cut my other toe nail so it would be even and the same length as my other toe nail. He got up and started yelling in a different language and throwing things. Then another lady that worked their started yelling at him and they just keep yelling in their language back and forth in front of all their customers. It was pretty scary. So after that I asked I think it was the manager to do my nails. Now my nails look awful peeling and chipped. I go to call to see if they will fix them before I leave and they are closed for the next three days. Now I have to spend even more money to my nails redone before I leave. Unbelievable. Shameful! Between my daughter and I $200.00 plus a 25% tip. I have never had my nails chipped and peel in just a few days or even weeks doing way more then I have done since I got my nails done here. I guess I will be driving over a hour to my my nail tech I was going to. She was/is amazing so meticulous your nails and toes would look like she did a full pedicure and manicure but she didn’t. Her price was $18.00 for Shellac for your nails and it lasted no peeling or chipping ever. Here I $25.00 and when I ask if she could cut one little piece of my cuticle she said that would be a manicure. My nail are not even completely painted.So GREEDY

Diva Nails is my go to salon place always a wonderful experience! I got gel manicure and gel pedicure services here. I went to different Salons looking for the best manicurist, and in the end I am satisfied. Amazing pedicures and has great customer service! Thank you. It’s beautiful inside, looks very high end with services and nail techs to match that!

I have been going to Diva Nails for a while now for both pedicures and gel nails I love this place I go every moth cant live without my dipped nails they make you feel so relaxed and welcome like you are a regular even if your not. Amazing experience here! They are so detailed and attentive. I just love getting my nails done here I’ve been getting my nails done here for a long time.
