Critical: QualitySeemed nice at first, they got me in super fast. The guy that did my nails was very rough and hurt me three or four times because he wasn’t paying attention (which I am understanding) I usually don’t leave bad reviews even if I receive bad service but all I got was coffin shaped acrylic nails with black gel polish, it ended up being $50, $60 with a tip and just in a matter of 5 hours the gel on two of my nails have already started peeling off. I have never had that happen ever. Seemed nice at first, they got me in super fast. The guy that did my nails was very rough and hurt me three or four times because he wasn’t paying attention (which I am understanding) I usually don’t leave bad reviews even if I receive bad service but all I got was coffin shaped acrylic nails with black gel polish, it ended up being $50, $60 with a tip and just in a matter of 5 hours the gel on two of my nails have already started peeling off. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis place is not very good. They would not let either of my friends look at my nails because they were not getting their nails done. They were very rude and charged me 60 dollars for red French tips. Not to mention my artist didn’t even know how to do coffin shape or designs. Critical: Quality, ValueCame here first time to get nails done because I went to Alexie nails which they also own but it is ALWAYS a 1 hr to 2 hr wait and u always hear 30 mins but the guy there is good..So came here payed 55 and tipped 20 cause it looked good..3 days later and I have already lost 3 nails. Came here first time to get nails done because I went to Alexie nails which they also own but it is ALWAYS a 1 hr to 2 hr wait and u always hear 30 mins but the guy there is good..So came here payed 55 and tipped 20 cause it looked good..3 days later and I have already lost 3 nails. I will NEVER waist my hard earned money here ever again..If u go here Good Luck

The most painful, unforgiving removal to date. The nail artists are so unbelievably careless and do not concern themselves with good designs, good looking nails, or good customer service. All they want is your money. Please do yourself a favor and do not go here. Also, I’m pretty sure I’m looked at differently than everyone else because i come in on my days off, wearing comfortable clothing so I’m not the most attractive customer. Then again most times going into a nail salon, typically you don’t dress to impress, you dress to sit in a chair for however long it takes to get your nails done.
