Terrible experience! My friend waited over 90mins to get a 20 min. pedicure. 2 girls came in stating they had an appointment that was not verified & they took them over the people that were waiting. The lady who did the pedicure was rough and rude. After taking the old polish off she told her she had spots of ‘fungus’ we never heard this before. She tried to sell us some solutions that we found on Amazon for less than what she offered. The polish was rushed and looks like a 3 year old did it. Will not return or recommend.

I will never go here again these mail shops are a rip off. They charge you for everything they do, take off color, trim nail, cut down, length of nail, shape of nail, broken nail, chip nail, from now on I will go to PRINCE George’s County ! At least you get good quality nails that last long with reasonable price. And you won’t have to spend almost &200. FYI- I did not pay this amount. But. Be for real. Stop ripping your your customers !!!

I’m from out of town, needed to get my nails filled in and painted. Went to hair salon, needed hair cut too, and saw Diva Nails next door. Checked the reviews, quickly, and decided to try them. So glad I did. I told them I was in a hurry. The girl, Cindy, did my nails fast but great!! She put a design on them, her choice. I highly recommend this place. Very clean and professional! This location is honestly a hit or a huge miss. It honestly depends on who you get. A few are excellent and the rest have very poor work ethics.I went in for a pedicure which is advertised as $30. I picked my white polish which was not gel. When I went to pay the employee said my total was $45 for using gel nail polish. I tried to communicate that the white polish I picked wasn’t the one she used because she said it was empty. She grabbed a white polish off her work area and used that one, never communicated that she was now using a gel polish. This employee took my bank card and refused to give it back when I contested the price. I asked several times for my bank card back and she refused. A male employee comes to the counter and swipes my card for $60 assuming I was with the young lady behind me. He would not correct his mistake of processing an unauthorized payment amount to my bank card. They held my bank card and processed a payment on their end of the counter without my permission. Beware! They are scammers!
