Honestly I don’t know where any of these bad reviews come from. I got my nails done for the first time yesterday and it was absolutely amazing! I stopped going to my regular nail salon because it was too far and they just didn’t pay attention to details. I am very picky about my nails and it was very irritating! I saw Vee, I was just the walk-in and they took me right in and the greeted me right as I walked in! Vee has seated me and let me pick through so many colors! And I got started really quick! She was very sweet and actually asked me and my husbands name and introduced herself! I honestly never have had that at any salon! She was super sweet! She’s very informative too! I’m definitely going to be booking my appointment with her! I got simple white sparkles. Beautifully done!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI made a appointment for 11am. At 12:15 they finally got to me. The gel nails are super messy. I could not take time to have them redo the issues as I had to go to work. I left at 1:45. After three hours and about fifty bucks I am super disappointed. Some are slanted and some are straight. I made a appointment for 11am. At 12:15 they finally got to me. The gel nails are super messy. I could not take time to have them redo the issues as I had to go to work. I left at 1:45. Am really mad i always go here with my daugther and the ladies was very friendly but that change already am going there and this 2 last times they are so meand there no nice anymore they let people waiting long time to tell them we can do it when they have1 hour to close they make people wait for no reason and that is not nice i think that if they dont want to work or dont have pacient anymore why they dont just find another job

Went here after my normal shop asked me to come back in 3 hours. This shop was busier but seated me and started right away. I got a fill, gel polish and a manicure and my nails look real nice. Got the almond shape just the way I like it. Thanks, Vee!

They sat us down immediately but didn’t start doing our nails until 30 minutes later. when they started doing our nails this lady was doing both me and my friends nails and was just going back-and-forth between us. She never changed her gloves or anything. So we sat there for three hours for them to finish which at that point they weren’t even open anymore. But other than that we are seven days later now and my gel polish is chipping off. Also I lost the acrylic part of the nail because she didn’t glue the tip of the acrylics on right. Most of my nails have bubbles underneath where she glued acrylics on. I visited Diva Nails on 27 Apr 2019 and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. I was greeted immediately and seated within 45 seconds. The nail tech (I forgot her name), did an amazing job. My dip powder nails look awesome! They have plenty of colors to choose from. I also observed and appreciated how they interacted with a customer who didn’t like a color on her toes. The situation was handled professionally and that customer left happy. I WILL visit this salon again in a couple of weeks.
