Toenail polish chipped after 3 days so I came back for a repolish. They were upset when I didn’t want a touch up with the same polish. Why would I want something that chips? So after the polish change they were trying to make me sit in the chair and wait for it to air dry instead of allowing me to use the dryer. Needless to say I got up on my own and went over to it and used it. I won’t be back.

My mother has a diabetic episode during her nails and they were so patient with her. She couldn’t understand anything and was a little mean bc her sugar was so low. It’s been a week since I visited this nail salon. My nails still look fantastic. They were quick and efficient! I went to the place across the street at Seminole city center and they were “too busy” wanted me to wait 30 mins, so I decided to try somewhere else, I will come here from now on. They appeared to be just as busy, but made time for me and made me feel welcome. Great service, great product! The pic I have posted is my nails today…. 7 days later, with just a gel manicure. I got a pedicure too which is still in great shape but at 9 months pregnant, I won’t be taking a pic of my sausage toes

It was my first time going (my normal nail place was on vacation and closed) they did a beautiful job on the shape and polish (gel) but one of my cuticles was cut incorrectly/too short. It was uncomfortable while I was there but I didn’t say anything and following the next few days it just got worse. It’s now infected and extremely sensitive to the touch. I’m still debating on if I will return or not.

If I could give zero stars I would. The first time I visited this salon a nice lady did my nails, she was nice and shaped my nails beautifully. My second visit a man did my nails. He rushed thru them and not only did they lift but the shape of my nails were horrible. I hoped to get the first lady for my third visit (trying to be understanding) but she had surgery .The second guy said he would do my nails, but I spoke up and said no. Suddenly, I got and attitude from who I assumed was the male owner, who later attempted to do my nails with a unprofessional demeanor .I’m sorry if I would like my nails done correctly . I have had my nails done for over 20 years and while I may not know how to do nails, I know what my nails should look like and the basic steps to do them .Unprofessional salon period!

We had very great service today and my little girl loves the designs on her nails. I dont remember the 2 young men who gave us our Mother Daughter Mani Pedis but the whole staff was very nice and amazing customer service. Thank you Diva!
