I am amazed at this service! Diva Nails Spa was such a beautiful place! Their workers were nice and they even offered drinks while I got my toes and nails done. Anna was so nice and after I got my nails and toes done she offered to give me some gifts, no other nail salon I have been to had done this, especially during the Christmas season. I went with my friends for the first time and it was a great experience, highly recommend!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe guy was extremely rough and rushed. My nails are super thick and uneven. Every time I would try to tell him somthing was messed up I was told it was because my nails are short. He didn’t even try to fix. Cut my cuticle and laughed as he said sorry. The absolute best nail salon in the area!! I have tried ALL of the nail salons in Oconee and Pickens Counties and Diva Nails is hands down the best! I never have to wait more than 5-10 minutes, although if you make an appointment, you’re seen right away. They are the top notch cleanest nail salon…always clean. They are extremely friendly and always accommodating with the upmost care. Anna is such a creative nail artist!! And she trains all her employees to her excellent standards; You can’t go wrong with any of the nail techs at this salon!

Critical: Quality, ValueI went in before work Wednesday morning and was there for 1hr and 1/2 and my nails look horrible. I didn’t have time to get to make a fuss but the gentleman that done them did not know what he was doing . They looked like it was time for a redo and they had just been done. I didn’t have time to get to make a fuss but the gentleman that done them did not know what he was doing . They looked like it was time for a redo and they had just been done. I’m very sad to write this review but with 2 attempts of getting my nails done here I feel that I need to give an honest review. I have been driving from Seneca to Taccoa for years and wanted to try to find a local place. Diva Nails does wonderful work for my friends with SNS and had some great work posted in reviews, so i wanted to try them out. They did a wonderful job on my toenails and I was pleased with the initial work on my fill-in (thickness, polish etc). Like i said, went here on two occasions for my August and September fill-ins, I had the same result with my fill-in lifting off both times. And I had 2 different people so it wasnt just the person I had. Please dont get me wrong, EVERYONE who helped me on each visit was WONDERFUL, very friendly and had good customer service. But, this is the same thing I have been getting for about 2 years at the other location in Taccoa (so im not being unreasonable with my expectations). I go about 4-5 weeks in between fill-ins and have never had an issue with lifting at the Taccoa Salon (which is actually cheaper than this location) but within 2 weeks of getting my nails done here my hair was being caught in my nails where the fill in was, due to the lifting off my natural nail. My last fill in was 8/30/19 and as of right now my pointer finger has lifted almost half way off. Unfortunately i will not be returning to get my nails done here again. Some of them are so bad i will probably need a full set now, instead of just a fill in. I posted photos of my first visit, right after to show how wonderful they looked (purple) and then a photo that i just took not quite 30 days from the last service (rose gold/pearl) so you can see what im talking about.

The entire experience went downhill once I was cut while getting a pedicure. The polish on my toes are messy, I’m praying I don’t get an infection from her cutting me. Every single one of my nails are different lengths and shapes on my fingernails. I pointed it out to her, she filed a little but not enough to fix them. At that point I just wanted to leave. I told her to just put a basic clear coat which in return I could tell she became hostile. I left without what I came there for. A simple short french tip. I did receive a partial refund but they said I could return for them to fix my nails. Keep in mind they got hostile during this whole exchange as well. I don’t want to step foot back in this place. To add to insult, I’m guessing it was the owner of the place sat in front of the salon with her phone on speaker directly behind me conversing with whoever. They did the best job ever on my toes and fingers!!! My pedicure lasted a good hour and that’s very rare!!! The women who did my design did such a awesome job too. Honestly it looked better than stickers looked at it salons!!!! Going back each month for sure… Oh and for a full gel seta d a pedicure (regular polish) was only $90 together that’s pretty cheap.

I mentioned this to the lady that was doing my nails and her words to me were “ I fix first then you complain “. Which first you should never say to a customer. Instead of trying to fix the top itself she just kept putting more dipping power over it again and again. While yes the design of the nails are great the stiffness of my nails aren’t good. I’m able to bend the tips which after an hour shouldn’t happen. My appointment took 2 and a half hours to get done when it usually takes an hour or less:The lady wasn’t very nice and quality of the nails aren’t worth the money. My full set was $55.
