My sister and I ended up at Sophia 2 versus Sophia due to a schedule error on our end. We had an 11am appt and had to wait a little bit. My nail tech was Tommy and he was very nice. He also filled my nails without an incident (Blue and silver nails) My sister got a full set of gel nails. She requested coffin nails on the shorter side. When I was finished, I went over to look at her nails and they were so long! She asked the tech, Jennifer, to cut them down and she didnt. She asked again and Jennifer said that they need to be this long. I’ve had many sets of coffin nails and they were not even close to this long. Long story short, My sister lost a nail 3 days later and had to go get it fixed elsewhere. She had the nails cut way down and reshaped. I have added that photo for reference of how long the originals were. Overall, place was clean and organized. Not a bad salon but be persistent of what you want.

I have only gone here twice but each time I was extremely happy, I have gotten my nails done both times by Nina and I am very pleased, she always makes sure I like everything and is very professional, she is also very kind and sanitary, I am pleased I can say this about the whole salon I was there till closing and everyone pitched in to clean and sanitize everything!
