This was my first visit here and it was great. Got a coffee next door and walked right in to get a gel pedicure. No wait. They took their time on my pedicure and did an awesome job massaging my legs and feet. I got the deluxe pedicure option. Highly recommend and I will be back. Polish removal, Nail painting, Pedicure

This is a nice nail salon. I’ve been here several times for pedicures only. I always seem to get the same guy, middle age Asian man with glasses, even when other techs are available. He appears from the back of the salon. I think he’s the designated tech for BW.

When I walked in I noticed the smell of cigarette very strong. I figured maybe since its cold it is just on someones clothes. I was the only customer at the time. The tech I had was nice. Quiet but thats fine. There was a man who worked their sitting in a pedi chair smoking his vape the during my visit. My dip is uneven. It is on my cuticles and sides of fingers. I have already filed the sides b4 pictures. I had to because I would have kept picking at it. I will not be going back to this place and just wanted to share my experience with others who read the reviews. Trying to add pictures but it isn’t letting me.

I asked to have a nail repaired and a refill and I asked for dip powder they would not do it they painted them black now I’m sitting at home in the gel polish is clearly coming off of my nails!! Acrylic nails

They cut my big toe, and it still very sore, price increased by 10.00 and no Allowance for therm. injuring me , I will not be back, probably have a sore toe for at lease a week, went to have feet feel better, not worst. One shouldn’t have to pay after they injure you. Pitiful Pedicure

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe worst pedicure I have ever had. Plus it was a 50.00 upgraded pedi. Tech didn’t apply clear coat and it still wasn’t dry after 3 hours. I’m not sure if the product was faulty or the tech but I would never use this product or nail salon ever again. It was so easy to call ahead and book an appointment but also walk-ins are so easy to do here too! Ive been coming here for years and it just gets better and better with time. I got my eyebrows waxed and a gel manicure here too. Done in an hour and a half. Fantastic and rejuvenating pedicure by Lan! I got the firewalker pedicure which was fabulous and so relaxing! It was so easy to call ahead and book an appointment but also walk-ins are so easy to do here too! Ive been coming here for years and it just gets better and better with time. Critical: QualityNot good. My nails arent straight and they totally messed up my design and didnt fix it. They rushed so much and I got cut on my feet. No conversation was made. Ripped off the full set as soon as I got home to go get them done the RIGHT way. Will never come back here, its a waste of money and time. Their gel also chips wayyy to fast.Service: Acrylic nails
