Critical: ProfessionalismI went and had a last minute mani pedi done, which don’t get me wrong, i was VERY thankful that they let me make a last minute appointment (especially during this time), and the pedicure was good, neatly painted except one small spot. Very polite staff and they sanitized well. When it came to my manicure, the woman had me pay ahead of time so that i didn’t have to worry about taking my card out with wet nails. As she was painting I had concerns because there was polish on my cuticles and my nails had been cut very short, but I didn’t say anything because i was trusting the process. When my nails were finished it was extremely messy and I was very unhappy, but I am not the type of customer that will not pay. I payed the full amount and thanked them for their services, also tipped the nail tech. I went out to my car and was looking at my nails and realized how terrible they were and decided to go back in and ask for the money I paid for my manicure back. The woman who did my nails raised her voice and told me “you’re lucky you got your money back” in front of other customers. I went and had a last minute mani pedi done, which don’t get me wrong, i was VERY thankful that they let me make a last minute appointment (especially during this time), and the pedicure was good, neatly painted except one small spot.
