I have never had acrylics before. I usually got french tips and they would fall off after a week. This place is amazing. I have gone 4 times now and every time I leave with strong amazing nails that last for weeks! I really like Kenny, he listens to what I want, and even helped me match a silly instagram photo I saw for a wedding! Everyone there is super cool. I will be going back!

I tried to go to the spa by my job and they had no idea what a gel fill was so I went about a month before I had time to go here, diva nail bar. My appointment was at 12, I came in at 11:55 and they sat me right down. I was done in less than 20 minutes! This place is amazing and I’m going here forever now Gel manicures, Acrylic nails

For the past year I’ve been going to this salon but solely for gel pedicures and gel manicures in which I have no complaints about. Once I started getting acrylic nails in June, every other set would have issues. Either they would start to lift after a week, the nail tech took two hours for a simple set (no designs, no special requests) they’d pop off easily etc. $45 for a gel fill is nuts, right?? Especially when they lift easily or pop off like press ons. I truly don’t know why I return for their nail services. The customer service isn’t bad at all and I don’t want to stop going, but I just think that some of the techs need more practice or training with acrylic sets.

On January 21, I went to the salon to get my nails done for an important event that night, First I ask for a French’s manicure then I realize the girl didn’t know how to do it so I told her it was ok if she would do it one color regular gel. She did I paid I left less than 2 hours on the way to the event the gel start following down, by the end of the night I didn’t have no color on my nails. Very disappointed. A couple days after I back to the place I explained what happened the services was done again without no charge this time the gel stick only for 7 days. I realize the poor quality of materials, the pression on the workers to take care many clients at once, the limited number of employees make the services very poor, the place start showing dirty, the quality of the products they use are very cheap. No a good experience.

I was actually was going to Chase Nails in the same plaza but they were closed for remodeling, so glad it turned out that way, diva nail bar was very nice and quietly quaint with their beautiful fish tank for you to look at and meditate as you are drying, and customer service was spot on!!

Very Bad experience the staff do not have good customer service the person doing my nails was very rude and she cut me . No regards that she is working on a person . I didn’t even finish i was extremely uncomfortable! This cost 30 dollars . They do not have respect for people . Very mean service .

Worse pedicure Ive ever had. Only gave a 2 because they got me in without appointment and lady was nice. No massage at all. I got deluxe so should have at least received 7 minute massage. I literally still have dry skin on side of my toe. Horrible Pedicure

I usually go to Sam and he always does a great job. This time he did a fun mix of holographic chrome nails with little holographic stars. I was beyond pleased with the results! And the chrome even got messed up a couple times (application can be very difficult) and he took his time and re did them until they were perfect. Made sure I loved them when I left. And when he does pedicures he gives the best foot massages there and is very conscious of my feet being ticklish.

I’ve been going here for some years now and never had any issues until recently. Tho they are very nice and kind the prices are ridiculous and seems to be increasing. The work isn’t bad but isn’t great either. The reason I go here is for the convenience of living 5 min away. However, I rather drive further and know the money I spent will be worth it and not feel like I’m being taken advantage of.
