Truly traumatized. Instead of soaking off my dip powder nails the tech slipped an acrylic finger nail extention under my dip nails (which were long with five weeks worth of growth and not yet lifting) pried up the edges and RIPPED them off which also ripped off my natural nails to the quick, and below the quick on one. “You’re okay.” She said.

If I could give 0 stars for my customer service experience this morning, I would! I booked an appointment for 2 pedicures and arrived 3 minutes early. No one greeted us as we walked in. The man asked what we were there for and if we had appointments. He had a look of disgust and appeared overwhelmed. I had a 3rd person with me to get service. It’s is ok if the schedule doesn’t allow you to service her but the rudeness and attitudes were very unnecessary and unprofessional. I will NEVER spend another dime at this establishment, and you shouldn’t either.

Absolutely great service. Beautiful nails! Pam is great. I had to come back in to fix a few nails that weren’t smooth and had no problems getting them fixed. Very nice and accomidating! Highly recommend this nail salon.

I took my daughter in to get her nails done today. Its 340pm. Online and the door both says they are open til 7pm. As soon we walked in a man told me we are closed. I said the sign says 7pm. He said they close at 4pm for months now. Terribly rude. Update your times.

I try not to leave bad reviews for small businesses but in the case I just want to warn people. Don’t get the SNS Dip nails here. The acrylics always look good. My dip nails are sloppy, uneven, super thick, and he didn’t even put on a top coat. I asked him to round it out and he just kept doing square. Manicure
