Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have had trouble finding a nail tech that can make my ideas come to life until I found Diva Magical Nails! Lorena saved my day when I had to get my nails done before my birthday and I didn’t know where to go and Lorena was to kind to take me last minute and she gave me exactly what i wanted! I’ve been going ever since ! Not to mention she is the sweetest person on earth! I have had trouble finding a nail tech that can make my ideas come to life until I found Diva Magical Nails! Lorena saved my day when I had to get my nails done before my birthday and I didn’t know where to go and Lorena was to kind to take me last minute and she gave me exactly what i wanted! I’ve been going ever since ! Not to mention she is the sweetest person on earth! I don’t live close by but I will definitely make the trip every time to come here. 10/10 overall

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityThe staff is nice. However, I left unhappy with my nails. The nail tech was patient and did her best to fulfil my request as close to a picture as possible, but I kept asking for the nails to be drilled down because they are chunky. I was explained that because of how the glitter nails were applied it’s normal for those nails to be chunky, which I understood. My issue was with the white ones some were uneven and bumpy. Overall, I was there almost four hours and I did my best to trust the process because I really wanted to love my nails, but I just couldn’t. After 4 hours I was ready to just go I didn’t have it in me to keep repeating myself, so I didn’t have the nail tech even finish the design. I told her to leave the middle fingers with designs and the other fingers as is to which she complied.I’m sure you will have a better experience, I’m just unfortunately very picky about my nails.On another note the lady who did my eyebrows did really good. I was very happy with her.UPDATE: I’ve gone back twice since the original review and I’ve done my nails with Alejandra both times. The staff is nice. However, I left unhappy with my nails. The nail tech was patient and did her best to fulfil my request as close to a picture as possible, but I kept asking for the nails to be drilled down because they are chunky. I stated if I couldn’t receive a refund I will walk in and demand my nails being fix as anyone would being they spent their hard earned money and I still have all my old messages. I also reached out as my family and friends attended your shop and I know the lady who messed my nails up does not work for you therefore attempting to give you guys another chance because you, Lorena actually do a good job with nails and the quality. I mean but go ahead and speak you spot, every story has three sides; my side, your side and the truth and if you want to make false accusations that’s on you.This place is unprofessional. I went there before covid hit and a worker named Kathy refused to fix my nails so I asked for At least a partial refund being I spent a good amount of money for the design. I attempted to go back and book an appointment and I was told they won’t service me over something that happened 2 years ago and was their nail techs fault. I really liked their work however after messaging on social media to try to book I was blocked. I got my nails done by Nertila she is amazing!!!!!! definitely worth the price these girls are talented. I recommended them to my mom and she also started going. Super clean work!
