Stay away from this place!! As soon as I got there, the ladies were nice and the place looked clean. But, I went for a highlights touch up and the lady completely messed up my hair. I just wanted her to do the touch up and fix the color of the highlights and instead she ended up dyeing my whole hair and I ended up with a mix of pink and orange hair, which is not at all what I asked for. She took a total of 6 hours to finish and she wasn’t even done, I had to tell her I needed to leave. My hair is very damaged now, it has been falling out and breaking. She would leave the products on my hair for 30 minutes to an hour while she would work on other customers. I wanted to like this place, but I definitely will not be going back. She still charged me full price! Never again.

I came because of the good reviews but was a bit disappointed. The lady doesn’t really interact much with you nor does she walk you through her steps. During my hair wash, she was very rough with my head. After the wash, she lifted my neck/head out of nowhere without saying anything. There wasn’t any heads up like hey we’ll need to walk over to the chair now or please carefully get up to the chair, etc. No gentle treatment whatsoever. Even when she comb my hair she was very rough and careless. I can still hear that ripping sound as she was trying to detangle my hair. Really was hoping to come back but most likely not.

Clara is awesome. I’ve gotten my hair cut from her 3-4 times. She does a really good job with my bangs. I really like their hair washing station. It doesn’t hurt my neck like some others. Only negative is the last time I was there, a man with no mask was there and he got a hair cut and dye. I feel like he should have been asked to wear one or not be serviced. Luckily I was not close to him but it did make me uncomfortable. Especially since I’m not Korean.

I’ve been coming to this place for about 8 years or more. Since they are one of the best hair salons in the area do not be surprised if you have to wait even with an appointment. If you become an returning customer and get to know them l, if lucky they can help you when you need an emergency last minute hair cut. I am not sure why there are negative reviews in here, but I strongly would suggest you try it if you are looking for a hair salon around the south bay.

This place is the only hair place I have ever visited regularly in my life time. I regularly visited here every month for about 3 years from near DTLA. Cindy and other stylists are really kind and friendly to anyone visiting this place. Given the styles, the quality of services and their kindness, the price is relatively lower than other places. Also, they are really hygienic, careful and thoughtful in their services.

Great salon! They use top quality products and make you feel very comfortable. I decided to dye my hair and ombre grey/silver. It took a few hours but the results were worth the wait. I come here very often and am pleased with the results every time. 10/10 Highly recommend!
