Shawna was my nail tech and she is very fast, neat and clean I showed her what I wanted and nails were the exact same as the pic I showed and not everyone can mimic a picture the exact way and she did just that. All the lady’s are very friendly and professional. They made you feel welcome and like family. Shawna was my nail tech and she is very fast, neat and clean I showed her what I wanted and nails were the exact same as the pic I showed and not everyone can mimic a picture the exact way and she did just that. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityHighly disappointed. Booked an appt for 3:15 with nail tech Brayy Lashae who didn’t even greet me when I entered the shop on time. Once greeted by another staff member and asked what service/ whom I was there for, the unprofessional nail tech looks up and says “Well I’m running behind and it’ll be at least 1.5hrs” rolls her eyes and continued her conversation with the client in her chair. There was a client in the waiting area whom was also waiting on her. I still wrote my contact information in hopes her sour attitude would not affect anymore of her customer service skills, but no luck. After waiting on site 30 mins without so much as eye contact I decided to leave and never book with her again. To Brayy Lashae Normalize professionalism and learn to manage your online booking schedule to your speed bc clearly you can’t keep up. I now see why you were the only tech with available spots.Your work definitely speaks for itself, take some tips from those in the shop.Highly disappointed.
