I had a 6pm appointment and I arrived on time. They sat me down in a pedicure station where I waited for 20 minute for someone to finally start. The entire time I was not offered anything to drink or told the reason for the delay.

I went in to get a fresh set of nails having them remove the set I currently had on. They brought out water for me to soak but told me not to put my hand in it before they filed my nails. They never soaked them just began ripping and clipping off my nails. They made my right middle finger bleed . The tech apologized as I told her it hurt as she ripped my nails off….but ok. Quality of work shabby. She put acrylic over the bleeding nail. I pray it heal without infection or anything bad. I’m disappointed but I tipped (just not a good tip) I won’t let them do my nails again because they drew blood, I didn’t get exactly what I wanted, I had to guide the tech and it wasn’t bomb (not worth it). I thought I would give them a try since they did a bomb pedi for me….so sad . I did like the ombré . Well back to Nadia for bomb nails❤️.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityMAJOR HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS!!!Do not go!!!! They cut every single one of my fingers very very deeply. Not only is this a health code violation ( seeing as these people do not know what disease I could be carrying but I also do not know what diseases their customers could be carrying ) nails were also not done good $40 for a gel color change. Although my nails look mostly fine now… I am highly disappointed. I got my nails done (coffin shaped acrylics with gel) and the following morning one of my nails smeared/peeled because it wasn’t cured properly. I went in that day to have it repaired and the girl that fixed it was sweet and happy to help (thank you) but the girl who originally did my nails was behind me telling her client that I must’ve not put my hands under the UV light properly and “that’s what happens”. As if it were my fault! So RUDE. I’ve been getting my nails done longer than you’ve been doing nails and have never had a problem. I know my hands were placed under the light properly. I will not return just on principal because you couldn’t own the mistake or apologize or even have the decency to NOT blame me while I was sitting there in earshot. So disappointed in the experience.

Horrible horrible place. My nails two of them bleeding. The tech cut them that short. The gel polish my 5 yr old granddaughter can polish better. The manager attempted his best to fix misshaped nails and remove excess gel from my skin. He literally snipped it off with my skin with trimmer. You would think they would have refunded the money I paid for this hideous job being I was bleeding. I have been getting Manicures for many many years this has to be hands-down the worst experience I have ever had they should be sued for making my fingers bleed. Not only is it not right it’s unsanitary being that they do not clean their instruments and two leaves me open to infection. I would give them a -10 if I could I didn’t even want to give them the one store but you have no choice avoid this place at all cost

I got a ombre natural powder set. Looks great! … while my sweet boyfriend got a pedicure. Its a hectic place, not a relaxing environment (its in the mall) but they are quick and good (and kind)! I will definitely go back.

You get what you pay for. They weren’t terrible but I was expecting a full gel set to come with cuticle cutting or minimum pushing them back as well as a typical service. They just put the nails on have you wash your hands and they spray an oil on your hands for you to rub on. I was on a schedule crunch before Vaca so it was OK but I wouldn’t go here if it was for anything other than a quick Vaca as they popped off quick and the gel color didn’t last more than 5 days. Definitely not durable and tbh not that cheap
