I went to Cynthia for my first curly haircut (or her “first date” with my hair). I was instantly relieved to be in the hands of a professional!!! Very impressed with Cynthia’s knowledge– she was explaining everything about my textured hair in a language I could understand. She thoroughly spoke about a wide variety of techniques/common mistakes through the entire visit. During this first date, Cynthia answered my every curl question, worked her magic like she was chiseling out a sculpture, and she absolutely brought my waves and curls (and straight pieces) to life!!! I’ve been experimenting with the products she recommended for my personal curl patterns and my hair has never been healthier or easier to manage since seeing Cynthia. She is helping me look long term on my goals for healthy length. I can’t thank her enough!!!! A good haircut is truly life changing. It was a big chop and as a first time client I was a little nervous but as soon as she was able to figure out how I wanted it shaped based on my non hair stylist terms I knew she could do it. Cynthia is the most knowledgeable hair stylist that I have ever come across. With a Curly Cut, she will teach you about your hair-type and show you how to style it and what kind of products to use for your specific hair, not just general hair products. She’s given me the best haircut that I’ve ever received, I get SO many compliments on it and my hair and curls are so happy. She’s also the sweetest, most genuine person.
