I tried to put this out there and the owner is blaming me for having a bad haircut and not taking any responsibility. My hair is ruined, there is not enough left for me to comb. I needed a haircut before a big family l wedding. My hair was about 2.5 inches long. I asked for a trim and now have very little hair left. Less than an inch. By the time I realized what was happening, it was beyond stopping. It’s very disappointing because this is the top rated barber shop in town. SEE the photos of the haircut I received versus what my hair looked like before.

Starting off with the fact I’ve had 10+ different barbers I’ve gone to and none have really stuck, clearly. Until going to DITA and meeting Cristian. I’ve now been coming to DITA for about two and a half years now and have always gone to Cristian. He constantly works on his craft and gets better every time you get a fresh cut, fade, or braid. He does it all! Would highly recommend anyone that has had difficulty finding a style that works for them, to go to Cristian. For anyone that has a style, but wants it perfected, to go to Cristian. Not only will the cut exceed your expectations, but the conversation with Cristian is always fun and engaging. He’s truly a genuine guy! The atmosphere of the barbershop is super laid back and chill. I always have a great time when visiting. This place deserves 10/5 stars honestly!

Isabelle did a great job. As someone who just buzzed his own hair for years, I have a hard time explaining and deciding how I want my hair cut. She was patient and really tried to make sure she understood what I was trying to say though. (My newborn daughter also kept me up all night, so when I say she was patient, I mean it ha). Cut turned out great. I’ll be back for sure.

A friend referred me to DITA when I mentioned to her that my boyfriend was looking for someone who could do beard trims and haircuts. This was his first haircut since growing it out at the start of the pandemic and he had no idea what he wanted which kept him from going to someone for so long. Brayton was amazing and listened to him and gave him great suggestions. His (very curly) hair and long beard are a lot more manageable now and Brayton was really knowledgeable about products that he could use to help even more.

Sean is one of the better barbers I’ve had in the metro. I can’t roll with the 7 minute late “no show” policy. After canceling my appointment and charging me they were kind enough to ask if I was there after I texted them that I was literally parking. It would have been nice to let me finish telling you guys my ETA when you called and cancelled my appointment. I was telling you I was outside actively parking. This gives customers who pay for your services a bad taste in their mouth but it is your business, run it how you please. This isn’t the easiest area to park during rush traffic and a little understanding would go a long ways.

Some of the strangest energy Ive ever had during a haircut. My barber, Jake, seemed unsure of what he was doing, barely spoke, and worked extremely slowly. He took 10-15 seconds between each scissor snip and about halfway through the haircut I noticed chunks of hair missing where they shouldn’t be. When I got up to leave mid haircut he didn’t react at all, instead he just offered a meek “ok. Sorry.” He mentioned being new to the shop- so I hope they work this out.
