Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueIt was my first time trying this business and to me, first impressions are lasting. I love how clean it is. Greeted as soon as I walked in. Taken at my guaranteed appointment time. And treated my entire appointment time without much interruption. Love the nail polish selection and even other products sold there. Terry did my nails and did a phenomenal job! Not sure who the woman who works there too and what her name is, but I observed how friendly she was and noticed the great job she did on a fellow customer. So they both are amazing! It was my first time trying this business and to me, first impressions are lasting. I love how clean it is. Greeted as soon as I walked in. Taken at my guaranteed appointment time. And treated my entire appointment time without much interruption. Love the nail polish selection and even other products sold there. Terry did my nails and did a phenomenal job! Not sure who the woman who works there too and what her name is, but I observed how friendly she was and noticed the great job she did on a fellow customer. So they both are amazing! Positive: CleanlinessI was finally able to get an appointment to get a pedicure. The first thing was they were 20 minutes late which is not a huge thing. The young girl who did my pedicure maybe said two words to me the whole time. Not very personable at all. I would recommend to ask your clients if they want their toenails trimmed before you start cutting them off, some people like them a little long. I didn’t see any of their equipment in sterilize bags which was a bit of a worry. The price was not bad a little more than what I pay when I’m in Texas but overall she did a good job. I know it’s Covid but you might want to offer something to drink as well and may be a little longer on the foot rub ! 😉 They do have wonderful massage chairs!!Service: PedicureI was finally able to get an appointment to get a pedicure.
