Brandi..is amazing! She definitely loves her job. I had a toenail removal from an accident and she was able to put a Prostetics on. I was very pleased with her determination to make me happy! Thanks Brandi.. you have a forever client! I hadn’t seen color on my nail in years..It was a great sight to see for me..

Great salon if you prefer a quiet, personal experience! Brandie did an amazing job with my gel manicure. It has been 5 days and my nails still look perfect. (See posted picture of red glittery nails.) I have no doubt this manicure will last 2 weeks. She owns her own salon and does not employ other nail artists so this is not the place to take groups. Reasonable prices! I will be coming back.

The manicure I got was good, but I bought a Groupon which was for 2 manicures – got my first one but she never would return my call to get the second one. I was looking for a “home” to get may nails done, but won’t be going back to this place.

Terrible experience. Me and my mother found out about this place through a friend of hers and purchased a groupon to get a manicure. I had called her early in the week and left a voicemail and never heard back and called a few more times after and still did not hear back so we decided to go there to see when she had time for a manicure and we immediately picked up an attitude and she stated she does appointment only, to which I replied I tried calling a few times and never heard back (I need to know if I wasted money on my groupon, if she’s not picking up, how am I supposed to make an appointment?) and she then directed my mom to her business cards and my mom was a tad confused and asked which business card to get, as there were a few, to which she replies “The one with my salon name on it, obviously” and rolls her eyes. I try to ignore this rude gesture and her attitude increasingly gets worse when we try to make an appointment, so then I tell her I don’t appreciate the attitude and will not need her services and left. I am going to get a refund on groupon. If you want to create a customer base, try not to treat customers like dirt as though you’re giving them a free service. I did not appreciate that at all.

I would not rate this a 1. But when I purchased this through group on . I did no this was an independent owner meaning she is self employed. I am pretty sure it’s her pocket change. She has lots going on . I’ll just call my purchase a loss . Won’t wast my time trying to set an appointment. I tried to get a refund she said I have to go through group on . For a refund. Which I feel is a scam for money you can never get back if enough people purchase and pay money and never complain or lodge a complaint. It can be a small scam business.
