All the staff that works there is very professional and very sweet as well! You feel very welcomed as soon as you walk in. And leave feeling very confident. Best place in town!!

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI love this place! The staff I have encountered have all been amazing, kind, and professional. At this office, I have received Miradry from Julie and facial Botox from several of the nurses. Julie was awesome with the Miradry. She did a wonderful job educating me on the procedure and what to expect afterwards so I did not have any surprises afterwards. The healing process was quick and my underarms were only sore for about 5 days. Now, I have less underarm hair and no sweating so it was a win/win. Yay!! I would recommend this procedure for anyone who has suffered from excessive sweating as the results are permanent and the procedure is overall cheaper than underarm Botox every 6 months. As for the facial Botox, I fully trust all of the nurses as they are all highly trained and skilled in the art of enhancing your natural beauty. They do not make you look like plastic unless you request that. The office staff have also been very friendly and can answer any questions I have. The quality of removal is pretty great. However, when I went in for my consultation, the woman who did it was incredibly condescending as if she though I couldn’t afford it. She kept telling us the price and telling us some people back out after hearing what it was… are we sure we want to schedule? Incredibly insulting.

I went for tattoo removal to join the service and i couldn’t have gone to a better place !!! The staff are very professional and down to earth people and the owner ”Julie” who did my treatments was awesome and made the removal as comfortable as possible and did a great job! Definitely recommend going here for tattoo removal or anything skin related!

I have been to every place in Redding and even in Chico for botox and fillers. I was amazed at how comfortable and confident they were in doing the injections since I get them around my lower eye area (filler), I couldn’t have been happier with the service and the price. They have all been there for a long time and it is obvious they do continued education. I WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE AGAIN. I have also had two local dermatologists do injections and they just were not confident in what they were doing. I have been getting both botox and fillers since 1997 and I finally found a home at Disappearing Act. I would encourage you to go and give them a try.
