Critical: PunctualityExtremely hard to get in due to “being too busy”. My last successful haircut I tipped about 60$, their system for scheduling appointments is extremely buggy getting misleading appointment confirmations and denials within about 3 minutes of each other. Couldn’t get through to discuss the issues until making these concerns public. I’ll take my business to Micheal Burgess from now on.
