I had Vincent, the owner, do my french tip dipped nails. He was easy to talk with and was very detail oriented. This is the best my nails have ever looked. A member of my party got the sparkly nails pictured below. They look pretty but she did get a decent cut on her finger sadly. I was very impressed with her salon member redoing her nails because he didn’t think they were up to standard, whereas some may have left it. Overall, the customer service is impeccable and all of the people are very kind there. Would definitely recommend.

A friend of mine went in the other night for mani pedis. I got a dip manicure, and the lady that did it cut my fingers eight times while filing my nails and cutting my cuticles . It’s been 2 days and my hands are still sore. I hate leaving bad reviews but I won’t be returning to this salon.

I have been to many nail salons and this is definitely my new go-to. The staff is always so friendly and they keep everything very clean. Went for a girls day out and all three of us were in and out with hardly any wait. I definitely recommend them to any of my friends and family.

Misty is AMAZING! Everyone here is very friendly! I always feel welcome and I’ve never felt so good when I’ve gotten my nails done. No other nail salon can compare! I drive an hour to go to Misty! She’s worth it! Pictured are two different times I’ve been to Misty and both times have been phenomenal!

Critical: CleanlinessI have been getting pedicures for several years and this was the worst, first and last time here. . Never bled but couldn’t get it to stop both big toes. Never used toe separator nor cleaning up around nails to clean up polish, no lotion either. I certainly hope I do not end up with fungus. Not happy at all, my toes are so sore. Same towel use for my feet was same towel that was used to wipe tables attached to chairs. I’ve gone a few times and had okay experiences with different nail techs. I always liked Vincent’s work the best so I made an appointment with him at 1045am. I walk in on time and only one girl is working. I let her know I had an appointment with Vincent and she let me know he wasn’t there yet but sat me down and put my nails in acetone to get the dip off. I sat there with my hands in acetone for an HOUR AND A HALF.

not to be a karen but i’ve had a few different experiences where the quality and customer service was way past poor and i’m trying to save y’all. i received a gift certificate over a year ago for this salon but i go to college up near Akron and was unable to use it at the time, but the gift certificate had no expiration date so i called and asked if i could save it for the summer with the intent to use it before i go on vacation and they said yes. a few days ago, i called again to ensure they would take my gift certificate before i even made an appointment and again, they said they would, so i set my appointment to get my nails done the day before i leave for vacation. when i walked in to get my nails done, they told me that it had been too long and they won’t accept it. the owner was so disrespectful and treated me as though i was beneath her time. normally, i wouldn’t have even attempted to get my nails done here because like i said before, the quality is just not good or consistent, but because i’m a struggling college student with a gift certificate, i figured i would give them another shot but the customer service is severely lacking for the quality to be so bad. do yourself a favor and go to LT Nails on Stringtown Road. the customer service is immaculate, the quality is always consistent, and the price is reasonable and affordable. after this, i will never go anywhere else in Grove City other than LT. and that’s the tea!
