Just tried to get a gel manicure from Paulina, who is absolutely amazing and friendly, however, she is no longer there. I was informed by a very rude women, who I’ve seen there before and is always on her phone, that I had to make an appointment and come back. No longer taking walkins but they don’t answer the phone when you call. She was so rude and ugly about it I would never go back. Doesn’t deserve the 1 star, but had to choose it to be able to post my comment. I don’t see them staying in business too much longer with her there. She acts like she doesn’t even want to be there!

The first time I had a gentleman he did well. The second time I had Pauline, she was fantastic! The last time I had the owner. I will never go back there again! She was not friendly, she did a very poor job on my French dip and it looked terrible!! She charged me $55, $5 more than I payed the time before for the same servicr!! She was not friendly in any way!! My nails were rough, started to chip the 2nd week. My last 2 dips had lasted a month!! I would highly recommend NOT going there!!

Critical: Quality, ValueFull set of nails -Over priced, not worth it compared to how expensive they are. Pretty sloppy also, and I still had to pay 56$ for mine. 76$ for my niece’s full set and we didn’t understand how her’s were worth 20$ more than mine.At another spot I only get charged 34$ for the same type of nails and they’re more clean cut and satisfactory in many other ways. I let my niece pick this spot, I don’t think I’ll be following her lead for awhile haha!I’d say if you’re getting nails , this is not the place for you – unless you’re getting them done by the male nail tech, maybe.. I see he’s probably the best for the job. Anything else: pedicure, facial, lash, whatever else they offer is likely worth it though. P. S. The business phone rang several times while the male employee was busy with personal business, on his personal phone, sitting in one of the back chairs and every other tech was working with clients. I don’t believe they care too much whether they have business or not.And if you see photos from people who got their nails done there, check the work. I seen one a girl posted here in the reviews.. We walked in and we’re seen right away. Staff was friendly and did a great job with a pedicure, full set of acrylics and a removal of acrylics for the three of us who went. The business is clean and pleasant.
