I came as a walk in and was assisted by Diane. She is not talkative which is okay because some people don’t want conversation I however, am quite the opposite at times I did initiate the conversation she responded gracefully. She was very gentle and patient with me especially since I wasn’t understanding her directions. Overall the spa is very clean and it’s plenty of pedicure chairs. I wasn’t offered water but I had my own which could be the reason or the more obvious reason yucky Covid. I ONLY got gel paint on toes no spa so very limited on how their work is. The music was pleasant and relaxing. Two employees looked sleepy waiting for customers haha For just a quick stop in I’ll give them a 7

The woman in the front was very polite and helpful with my service. I waited less than five minutes to get called to the chair; Sam did an AMAZING job, he checked 3 times to make sure the color matched what I showed him. And then asked if I was okay with it. Looks so much better than the picture I showed him! Although I bleed twice, it was excellent service over all. I am so happy with my nails, I keep talking with my hands… Lol!
