Hello my name is Don. Please permit me to introduce myself to the residents of the greater Clarksville area. I earned various certifications from trade school and also earned my Engineering Degree in Electronics. In Memphis I worked for some of the largest companies in the medical industry specializing in medical equipment and sports medicine. Now I am a Certified Nails Cosmetology technician, and also co-owner of Dip Nail Lounge. Our commitment is to provide a salon “Where Customers Health Is Never Compromised”. In order to achieve the highest customer satisfaction, our location is equipped with certified, trained, and highly qualified technicians because our clients deserve the best!

10/10 recommend, not only was Don the co-owner professional the nail techs were lovely. If you are looking for a fun relaxed environment while getting a mani or pedi this is your spot! I went in as a walk-in and was seen very quick despite all of the customers they had. They worked very proficiently with ever customer they attended to, I showed them what kind of acrylic nails I wanted to get and they set me up with there best nail artist Nora, she did such an amazing job and worked so quickly! Definitely will be coming back and sending many customers their way.

Horrible experience here, very short staffed so I tried to give them some grace but when the technician is looking at the bottles like she doesn’t know what is in them and not knowing how to do a proper pedicure is concerning. I figured the owner would try to make things right but I had to ask for some sort of compensation for everything that happened. Which I was given $3 off my bill. The advisory itself is a red flag. Left super unhappy with my experience.

I appreciate the services and they are always very kind. My concern is that they are called Dip Nail Lounge but only 1 person knows how to do certain types of dip styles.on a saturday of all days. I got here at 930a and got my toes done in less than 30 minutes. My nails werent started until after 11am…. i wasnt in a rush as i didnt have set plans afterwards and i know due to being shortstaffed they dont schedule appointments on the weekends but its something to consider as well as hiring trained dip nail techs on staff at all times in a “Dip Lounge”. But again they were very nice and mindful that I’d been waiting for some time. We just need a little better time management . Thanks.

Went to this place today- $40 for a pedicure kinda expensive & was very very slow- over an hour for regular polish not even gel. Then I waited another 15 minutes for my nails, I wanted get the dipping powder because I’ve been getting acrylics for a long time. I show the tec my design & he says it’s going to be $100 for medium length French tip with one painted cherry on each ring finger. I have never, ever been charged over $75 for a completely decked out set of acrylics for designs on each finger, rhinestones, and 3-D flower art. I immediately walked out. He tried to state that it was because the French tip was “curved”. I’m sorry but that is completely outrageous. Check into reality people.
