What a complete disappointment I talked my husband into a pedicure and manicure he had never done it before at a salon We went first to the other 2 nail salons in Desert foothills and they had quite a wait so the third salon we went to Dip Salon there was only one other client in the salon so they were able to take us both in as walk ins, that probably should have been a warning to me

I have been coming here for months and thought I finally found a nail studio to call home…but after today I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I spend A LOT of money here plus (I Tip very well) to have experience what I did today.I came in seeking to get a style completely different than my usual. I arrived and I was the only customer in the store. I got the worst pedicure I have ever received in my life. There were gaps all in between the base of my nail and the polish. It was completely rushed for there to have been absolutely no one in the store at the time.Then came my nails, the experience went from bad to HORRIBLE. The color I picked for my toes was ‘suppose’ to be incorporated into the style I selected for my nails. I showed the artist a picture of what I wanted, which included a marble design. He told me he could do it and to pick out any color, which is what I did. It was only AFTER my toes were done that Bebe let me know the style I was looking to have accomplished, could not be done. AND the color I had selected for my toes, did not have a matching color in the dip powder. Crunched for time, I asked for help to find a dip color that would be similar to my toes. A color was selected and Bebe finished off my dipped manicure. Just like my pedicure, the service was rushed. My cuticles were not even touched. To make matters worse, Bebe and Sophie began to argue with me back and forth about the service I requested and their ability to do it, the entire time I sat for my manicure. It was so bad, another customer in the store, who was only having her dipped manicure removed, came to me and gave me a recommendation for another nail salon to attend because she too experienced a similar situation.Long story short I walked out today with two COMPLETELY different color pinks on my hands and feet. I had the best experience today! Will definitely be back. I work and commute a lot and have a hard time relaxing. Henry and John are THE BEST.
