TD does an amazing job! My dip nails are beautiful and he doesn’t drill too much so no pain at all. The girls did a wonderful job on me and my husband’s pedicures. The place is also very beautiful and modern inside. They are very sanitary.

This is the best nail bar I have ever been around around the area. The staffs are very experienced, very nice and friendly, the environment is chill and relaxing. Come here to enjoy a nice pedicure and manicure, you will absolutely feel refreshed right after!

I have a standing appt with TD at 1:30 every other Tuesday. This past week he finally started doing my nails at 2 pm because he was eating in the back. Then Nikki was doing my pedi. She was using the callus remover pad and started spacing out. I finally told her to stop ‘cause it was hurting my feet. Since being there I’ve barely been able to walk because she sanded my feet down past the flesh. Yes, there is some bloody areas too. (If I need to see a Dr about this, I will have my attorney make sure that they pay my medical bills) At first I was just annoyed with her, but now that I can barely walk on my feet, I’m very angry. Having an appt at 1:30 and then having it start at 2pm, so the nail tech can eat lunch felt like middle finger up to me. I was hungry too, but I knew I had an appt for 1:30. Needless to say, I won’t be going back there, ever. If I could give no stars, I would.

I see the salon when driving back and forth to San Clemente for one of my clients. I had recently in the last month had my nails done with a dip in northern ca and they were like pancakes glued on top of my nails instead of what should of been bellinis 🙂 I went to the shop with a 11:45 appt. and was greeted and seated. My visit was to have them take a look at what I had and it was clear that they were indeed very thick and we decided to take down some of the layers upon which Brenda noticed they were all beginning to lift and removed all the old material. After removal she shaped my natural nail and started a new dip process…I was served a wonderful refreshment from TD during my appointment and had wonderful interaction with lovely Brenda…the result was “10” very thin and beautifully natural looking nails! Brenda took her time and I am super pleased with their professional attitude. I am not one for having nails that require regular maintenance but the result was so impressive I will definitely return to Brenda for regular maintenance. I would highly recommend Brenda! The shop was clean and all the staff was very pleasant and most importantly I did not feel rushed. One needs to know that this is not just a job…it really is an “Art” 🙂

I went to get a gel manicure back in December and was told that they could do the design I showed them. They were nice and got started on my nails quickly, but when she was filing and buffing my nails, I kept getting cuts from her e-file and started to bleed on multiple fingers. She cleaned the wounds with disinfectant, but my fingers were hurting and stinging for the rest of the appointment. This made me very uncomfortable the whole time and left me with visible wounds around my cuticles for awhile. They had to grab someone else to do the nail design. I honestly wish they told me that they couldn’t do the design rather than struggle with it for so long. She had to redo a nail multiple times and it still looked really messy. I ended up just saying okay because I wanted to end the appointment as quick as possible and was in a bit of pain at this point. I was not happy with my nails at all and ended up removing them myself and going somewhere else a few weeks later. Everyone was very nice, but the service was just a really uncomfortable experience for me.

Tracy is amazing!!!! She takes her time when doing your nails. That’s means a lot I’ve had son many people mess up because they’re trying to get to the next client. But she really great and she really tries to get to know you.

I came here twice. The first experience with girlfriends was great! I saw TD both times. The second time assured me that I’d never come back. He takes a VERY long time and is detail oriented. My problem is not necessarily so much with his work. The second time I came, I showed up at 2:50 for a 3:00 appt. I wasn’t seen until 3:45. I show him what I want and we agree on the design. During the process a 4:30 appt comes in for him. He’s doing my nails and at about 5:00 he tells me he is just going to finish up a solid color because his client has been waiting and that he will not be doing anything else. For someone that has a client right in front of him that pays well and also waited, that was really unacceptable. As much as I felt bad for the next waiting client, I didn’t come in for a solid color, I came in for HIS hand painted designs. It was agreed upon at the beginning of the appointment. A client that made a drive, made an appointment in advance and waited should never be told that. He did do the quick design after a little arguing ensued, but admittedly by him it was just “ok”. I just feel if you KNOW you take a long time, book your appointments further out and don’t make people feel less than especially if you’ve been doing it for 20 years. In addition, the prices are extremely high for the area. A small design without accessories (diamonds or anything else) is still $20.
