I had trouble with the star rating as I have had my hair cut here a number of times over the years. I have some of the best cuts , a couple of so so cuts and the second worse cut of my life. I based the four star rating on recent experiences and the inconsistency of the past. My last two visits were excellent, so based on those, I would recommend the place. Seems to depend on who is doing the cutting. If they could establish and maintain some consistency, a five star rating would be appropriate.

Critical: ProfessionalismThe hours make no sense first of all. People getting ready for the weekend want their hair to look nice. And they close at 6? I walked in at 5:30 to see the place empty except for one older woman cutting a woman’s hair. Not a word was said to me, no “hello” ..Nothing…i sat for about five minutes in silence and started to realize why this place is empty. At that point I got up and heard the first words spoken as I walked out the door “Did you sign in?” No of course not! My experience at Dino’s is always a great experience. I ALWAYS ask for meagan she is the BEST I am ALWAYS happy when she cuts and styles my hair. My hair was damaged from me using to much heat. So I recently went to megan and she cut the damaged hair off and gave me a beautiful bob cut. I get so many compliments on my hair. I only let meagan cut my hair. I have a beautician that I go to and I refuse to let her cut my hair because she cut it uneven and that was the first and last time she cut my hair. Since then I’ve been getting my hair cut by meagan. Ladies and gentlemen if you want a professional cut and style at an affordable price ask for meagan you wont be disappointed ❤

I got a Brazilian blowout two and a half weeks ago, the lady said she couldn’t bleach my hair I did not want my hair bleached I wanted my roots dyed that’s all I don’t think they know what they’re doing over there!! The lady also kept telling me to go back to where I got the Brazilian blowout like she was jealous or something and they’re rude!! I guess it’s true you get what you pay for!!!

I will NEVER EVER go back to this place again. I walked in and there was only one girl giving a women a color job. The owner’s wife came out from the back and said, it will be at least a 30 minute wait. I said “you have to be kidding me”, and she got down right rude and ignorant. I told her not to take that tone with me and walked out. Then the husband came running from the back screaming, don’t ever come into my f**king store again. Well I told him exactly where to go too. RUDE AND IGNORANT!! Should have more than 1 girl working.
