Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityThis was my first experience at Dino Palmieri Salon and it was fantastic! Everyone was friendly and my stylist Alex was great. She paid attention to what I wanted and gave me the haircut I requested except that it looked SO much better than I thought it could . My hair looks fantastic and that feels really good. Alex was so confident and informative, the Salon itself so clean and modern.. just a good experience all around. This was my first experience at Dino Palmieri Salon and it was fantastic! Everyone was friendly and my stylist Alex was great. She paid attention to what I wanted and gave me the haircut I requested except that it looked SO much better than I thought it could . My hair looks fantastic and that feels really good. Alex was so confident and informative, the Salon itself so clean and modern.. just a good experience all around. This is definitely a first stop salon.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityFirst time I had hair done was decent. Second time stylist was rushed. She colored my hair and asked if i wanted a blow dry?? Really. You just colored my hair. Might want to check it out before sending me off. No cut. No style – even tho i requested both at booking. Third time – booked in advance. With a different stylist. They called the day of asking if I could come 4.5 hours earlier d/t cancelation. Unfortunately i work and couldnt. Received a call 2 hours later saying i could only get hair cut. Very happy with my blowout and cut. It’s exactly what I asked for. I only get my hair cut once every 9 months and almost always I end up losing 3 inches when I ask for 1/2 an inch off. With Sadie I got exactly what I asked for. She cut my hair half an inch off and point cut the worst split ends. It’s been about 6 weeks and I’m still very happy with it. I also loved my blowout. I highly recommend Sadie, especially if you have textured hair.

I had my hair done for my wedding there. The stylist did a fantastic job and she was super friendly.. however when I booked the appointment on my wedding day I was told since I was the bride they would do a free trial run and give me the price.. I go in have my hair done talk to the receptionist on my way out, she told me I had pay that day then on my wedding day I wouldn’t have to worry about it. I went on my wedding day and all was well. I returned the following day to do a wigs for kids donation cut and on my way out they informed me that not only did I owe for a donation cut which is usually free but I also owed for my style the day before as well. I would have never scheduled a trial run if I knew it would cost me an extra. But again my stylist was super sweet and did a good job.

Everyone was super friendly. They were fairly busy, but at the same time everything seemed to run efficiently and smooth and I didn’t at all feel rushed. KYLE was my stylist and she was very professional and skilled. I felt very comfortable just letting her do her thing and I’m very happy with the results. I would definitely go back and recommend Kyle.

Last week, I had the pleasure of visiting this salon for the first time. It’s always nerve wracking to have a new stylist cutting your hair, but Asia did an incredible job! I have thick, wavy hair, and she perfectly shaped my layers so that my hair looks great whether I scrunch or straighten it. I will absolutely be back to see her again soon and would recommend her to others.

I brought my little sister with me and they were so patient and friendly. Malajia is so wonderful! I was little nervous getting short short hair cut for the first time, and she made sure I’m comfortable and know what’s she is doing in every step of the process. I could tell that she loves what she is doing and so great at it. She took her time, boosted my confidence and even curled to show what I can do myself. Absolutely love my new hair!

I love this place! Asia is simply amazing and has done such a great job on my hair. She always asks me what I would like to do with my hair and offers great ideas. She knows her stuff and I always trust that she is going to do a great job!! Front desk is always welcoming and offers coffee and water and it is really nice to walk into especially after coming from work. 🙂
