Worst location and poor quality service! My daughter had her partial highlights on 7/29/2022 with Gene- director who supposed to be the highest stylist but we had the worst experience ever. The service lasted 2 and half hours only which surprised me. Usually with the length of my daughter’s hair will take at least 4 hours. After 5 days her hair color stripped. Can’t even see any red, it turned out like dark blonde with a touch of light pink. I called and they scheduled another appointment. We had to go back a week and 2 days after just to fixed it. The director dyed her hair again but he didn’t even dry her hair. Imagine walking out of the salon, walking around the mall with your hair wet like dripping wet? So embarrassing! I had to call a manager to complain that we are not going home until her hair is blow dry. She apologized because the stylist have another appointment and couldn’t dry her hair. They were fully booked so I explained it to her that we shouldn’t be there in the first place if they did it right. It was inconvenient for us driving back and spent another hour for it. The manager herself blow dry my daughter’s hair. We were expecting a good quality service but no! If could give zero star I would. Dino Palmieri inside Beachwood mall is the worst.

My appointment today with Gene Belikov was professional in every way! This man isn’t just a stylist – he’s an artist with scissors. My hairstyle was a mess, with different lengths and proportions that didn’t match. With the utmost care and precision, Gene has conjured up a haircut that suits me and is technically 100% super. I’ve met a lot of “stylists” and hairdressers here in the US and in Europe: Gene knows his job and it’s fun to watch him at work. Thanks! Thanks!

Critical: ProfessionalismMade an appointment for consultation for color and cut. The stylist my appointment was with was nice. I showed her the picture of the color I wanted and asked her if it can be done on my hair. She said yes. She asked me if need a haircut and blow dry ( that’s what my appointment was for) I was like yes. I was told that my appointment was messed up and she doesn’t have time for haircut and blow dry???? Wait a minute…. Am I suppose to leave salon with wet hair??? Long story short hair color was not even close to what I wanted and there was a thick line of color along my forehead which I noticed after leaving, went back and got it cleaned.Came home disappointed, told my friend what happened , she convinced me to call back and have the get it fixed. I was having the worst day but once I got to the salon everything changed. Very calming zen experience. I left looking and feeling a thousand times better. Highly recommend.

At least my 5th time cutting my hair hare, all 4 times regardless of the stylist my hair cut was 26 dollars. When i arrived , i was assigned to a stylist which was nice, upon finishing and ready to pay, the receptionist told me my fee was 40 dollars. I was shocked, indicated no one told me this and this is not my 1st time and all my previous sessions were for 26. Just surprised by the level of professionalism.

I travel a lot and went to get my hair done by stylist Alyssa. She was phenomenal! My hair still looks great 3 months post hair cut and now I travel up to beachwood from West Virginia just to get my hair done! She does the best color and cut I’ve had in my whole life! The service is worth the miles!

They did a great job on my hair but kept adding services and never mentioned anything about price until I was finished. Then after I left I got a call telling me to come back because they forgot to charge me for other services! I was told if I don’t come back that they would charge the stylist and that wouldn’t be fair to her! Really?!?!?! The salon should have absorbed those prices since I already left. Now they have lost me as an ongoing customer as well as my referrals. Too bad.

As I am a former Hair Stylist, I know what above and beyond customer service is. Kelly went above and beyond for me. She took me from an ombre to all over red hair color. Though she used bleach on my hair she used Olaplex to make sure my hair was not damaged. She stayed late just to finish my hair and that made me feel truly valued as a client. Along with Kelly, a few other stylists helper her out to make sure my processing went smoothly. I loved seeing the team work that went into my hair transformation, it’s definitely not something that you see in every salon. I would highly recommend any of the girls at Beachwood.

Unfortunately this time around very disappointed. Went in with wanting platinum blond highlights with a base lift- nope got gold. After sitting for 4 hours my back and neck wasn’t feeling to comfortable. She tried to retouch which I apparently got charged for because my bill was way higher then the last time for almost the same services. I sat and watched others go in and out of others chairs doing colors like musical chairs and I’m a sitting duck. I knew she was wanting to get on with next customer because it was getting close to her time to leave so I took the loss today. Have to find somewhere to correct this. I do have to say she is a very nice lady I do appreciate her at least trying. Needless to say somehow I do have some magenta left in hair? Idk 11:50- 3:50 time it took no haircut either
