I have gone to the spa over the years as of the past two the service is horrible. Upon getting waxed I wasn’t covered properly eventhiugh I asked, then my skin was ripped off in multiple areas and extremely sore. I have reached out numerous times to the manager who never seems to be in as well as the “coorperate office” who would resolve the issue but has also not responded but said the manager is always available at Dino Palmeri La Place. Ladies and men stay away there are much better services in the area!

Never have Stefanie cut your hair. If this is what she does to a friend, imagine what she will do to you. This is a long one, so buckle up. I went in with hair past my shoulders and came out with my hair butchered. I asked for the pixie cut you see in the photos with the grey hair. I wanted it cut a tad shorter so I could go a couple weeks longer between cuts. I then showed Stefanie the second stock photo, specifically around the ear on the shorter side. I told her I wanted my hair shaped around my ear on that side, similar to the photo, so I didn’t have to constantly tuck it behind my ear. She proceed to give me the haircut you see in the other photos. I was in shock and denial when she was done. I still tipped her $100 because I thought it couldn’t be as bad as I thought. I had been going to her for years, I was her friend, and I’ve always tipped $100 or more. There’s no way it was that bad. I was wrong. After going to 3 other stylists and a barber, all who told me it’s not salvageable, I reached out to Stefanie. She proceeded to tell me that she’s sorry I don’t like it and that I was talking down to her by complaining. She also said she doesn’t know how to do clipper cuts yet that she gave me one. She also mentioned this isn’t the worst cut she’s ever done. If this isn’t her worst, I can’t imagine how bad it gets. When I mentioned posting photos in a review with her name attached, she said I was threatening her. She considers it a “threat” to have her name publicly attached to this monstrosity, yet I’m supposed to walk around like this?! No. It took me almost a week to get my money back. Be warned.

I made an appointment worried that my stylist wouldn’t be able to recreate the Halloween hair style I was looking to achieve. The second I met Lauren, with her cool & relaxed & friendly personality, I knew I could trust her. In about 70 minutes, she transformed me into Abby Lee Miller! The amount of compliments I received were a success. Definitely recommend Lauren for any of your hair needs!

I have had services from both the salon and spa at this location, and I have nothing but positive things to say. I have been able to schedule multiple services in one day with ease. All of the staff I’ve interacted with are extremely friendly and wonderful, and truly do everything they can to make each client feel valued. Some of the services are a little on the pricey side, but definitely worth every penny!

My nails look beautiful, but for the price, I would have liked the services to have been more relaxing and spa-like. Getting a mani-pedi is one of my favorite me-time-moments; the massage associated with the service should be taken more seriously. However, the staff was fun and friendly. My nails are shaped PERFECTLY!! The polish is flawless. I would go back.

I had my brows micro bladed elsewhere before relocating to Cleveland and, after some research and meeting with different artists, I researched Allison Seltzer and set up a consult after looking at her work online. I instantly decided I loved her because she was so personable and relatable (not like other salons I’d been to in the past). She offered to give me a “touch up service” since I only needed annual maintenance and, during my appointment, she knocked it out of the park. I was 100% comfortable literally 100% of the time. She mapped my brows to perfection and gave me exactly the look I was seeking. Highly recommend this salon!
