I have been very happy with D’Inked so far and will continue to go until my tattoo is completely removed. I have had 3 treatments to remove my ring finger tattoo so far and although it’s fading slowly, it’s fading! The place is nice and clean, Beverly (the owner) is friendly and easy to talk to but always is sure to ask if I need any reminders on after care after each session. It’s sad to see she has any negative reviews here at all, she runs a professional business and expects nothing more than anyone else would in terms of making and keeping appointments, and communicating such. I’d recommend D’Inked to anyone in a heartbeat!

I absolutely love D’Inked!! I’m in the process of having a professional tattoo removed and I’m amazed by the progress!! I highly recommend this place. They are very accommodating with my schedule and payments. Tattoo removal isn’t a one treatment process and that is explained in the first visit along with the estimated number of sessions that your tattoo may require. Keep up the great work and thank you for the amazing results so far!!!

I’m surprised at the ratings and reviews I’m reading here. I went to D’inked for several treatments to remove my tattoo and have nothing but good things to say. The owner of this business actually cares about what she’s doing. She isn’t just trying to take money from every person that walks through the door. She not only cares about the results, she cares about your health. I even visited a dermatologist after a few visits with her and the dermatologist was commending her for doing a great job and was shocked that I had NO skin damage. The dermatologist words to me “looks like that person obviously knows what she’s doing and is doing it right”. Then went on to say how many people come in with skin damage from tattoo removal. I HIGHLY recommend D’inked if you want the job done right. This lady has the right machine and the right training to do the best work over all. We both are amazed at how much removal I had from my first treatment. However, it takes time and no one completely erase’s a tattoo on one or even two treatments so that shouldn’t even be an expectation.

She seems to be a scam artist. First, I purchased her promo deal on groupon, 3 laser tattoo removal sessions for $300.00. After meeting her initially I though this was a great deal. After two sessions I saw ABSOLUTELY NO results. I was iffy about going in for the last session but i figured, i already paid for it so i might as well go. Because of a previously missed appointmentioned she cancelled my 3rd session even though she did not have a “no show” policy in her contract or in the fine print on groupon. I didn’t know she cancelled the 3rd session until after the work had already been done. I paid an additional $220.00 because I was unaware that the no show policy did not exist. To make a long story short, she was unethical and her work is horrible. I wouldn’t recommend her to an enemy.

When you go in for a medical service for your body you expect to be briefed thoroughly, with patience, and consideration of the customer. The lady at the front desk and whom conducted my consultation was short, incredibly rude, and a general disposition of being annoyed to even have to speak with me. She brought me in to the consultation room and her leading line was “so what questions do you have?” I informed her I knew nothing about the process and would like to hear what she had to say because after all this is what a consultation is for. She told me only that it would take 6-12 treatments with six weeks apart. And then asked again what questions I had. Ummmm…..what?! I reminded her again I really had no idea what this whole process and procedure looked like so I really wanted to hear what she had to say. She seemed so annoyed and refused to offer any more information. So, not wanting to feel like a bother and at that point having genuine concerns about a one year commitment and loads of money invested with a company who couldn’t stand to even treat me like a human being I left. She could have cared less. I would NOT recommend this establishment.

Worest place to have a tattoo removed even more so be ripped off $200 to $400 . Boyfriend had to have a tattoo removed before joining the Marines. Made him pay half down for 6 treatments and then pay an amount weekly. After first treatment he decided he was going to move back closer to family before leaving for boot camp. Been calling 2 months now for a refund with no phone calls in return.
