My first hair braiding experiences at this place with a appointment now, Big disappointed! & remind you, then I waited a hour b4 placed in chair, and was 7 hours long sitting to finally finish, they will put their regulars ahead of you. Took multiple Prayers Breaks, 1 Eat Break, when it only take 2 hour braid style $180.00. Would you go back if her assistant messed up big loop in front forhead..I was heated!!!, call dina back then she had the nerve to say drive back, I’m threw!✌

I love this place! Ms Dina and staff were wonderful! Quick down to earth and kind. I will be going back when these braids come down! She fit me right in same day and shop is comfy and clean. I would recommend.

Critical: Professionalism, ValueI called and spoke with the owner Dina. Needed to have two braids done over. I was told to go in and ask for her daughter, she would do it. Her daughter was rude and unprofessional I left and called Dina back and told her how unprofessional her daughter was. She called me back with another daughter on the phone, she said she would be in the shop 30min and she would call me to come in. Needless to say never heard from anyone. I came to this shop yesterday for the first time. And they are wonderful! I am extremely tender headed and barely felt a thing. I actually fell asleep a few times during the braiding session.. They are very professional and time efficient. I got individual box braids and she quoted me a maximum braid time and she was very true to that! Will definitely be going back.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI was told to come in at a specific time and when I got there they told me no one could do my hair, everyone was booked. They said the braider that would do my hair was not there and they would call me in 2 hours, when she arrived. I did not hear from anyone.

My hair was braided by Dina’s sister, I showed her a picture and she was the closet you can get to a copy cat!! Very near, quick and polite. I returned to work with compliments!! I’m giving 4 stars only because prior to coming I sent a pic asking for picture amount, price was changed once my hair was finished. Although, I paid what text stated before I got there I felt that was a bit unprofessional. I’m going back but the price better not change again!!
