I find myself leaving this review solely because I try Tiffany at Dimensions because of her reviews and she did an incredible job. Finding a good hairstylist in Effingham has been difficult and I haven’t had a good haircut in years, I can’t believe she was able to keep most of my length and still fix what I walked in with. Critical: ProfessionalismMy friend went there with a wedding party and it was horrible! Rookies and the “stylist” didn’t have a clue. Waving a curling iron around like it was a light saber. Burned a poor little girl and offered no “I’m sorry”. Don’t go there or plan to get a buzz cut afterwards to save your hair. They use box coloring on hair…beware!

Unfortunate situation that a 3 yr old ended up being in, it is too bad our phone conversation wasn’t as apologetic as this response. Instead blame was placed that “parents should’ve been more attentive.” Hair was comped because 2 stylists failed at doing her hair, that ended up needing redone at a new salon.

Pedicure was one of the worst experiences ever. Technician was 20 minutes late. When she arrived; she didn’t acknowledge my presence until someone pointed me out and the fact that I’d been waiting. After not her 5 minutes she said to wait until after her things were put away and then she’d be back! Not even an apology for being tardy. So she finally began the process 30 minutes after scheduled appointment! Alexis yawned and checked her phone during the whole pedicure. I should have walked out.
