Jenny has been cutting my hair now for over 5 years. I would not go to anyone else. She does an excellent job each and every time. She is very skilled at doing high and tights (military style hair cuts) and fading very short hair. Outstanding customer service as well and great prices. I highly recommend dimension Hair Design!

I called to schedule a cut and root touch up. The gentleman who answered the phone made it frustrating to book an appointment from the beginning. I asked if there were openings Friday or Saturday. He replied simply yes what time? I asked what his latest appointment was and he again ASKED ME what time? I suggested 6? As their hours are not posted. He replied very sharply with “No, no one is here. They all go home then.” So I asked him again, OK, what’s the latest you have available on Saturday? He then booked me for 4 pm with Mae. I thanked him and told him I would be in then. He then stated again very sharply, “Make sure you are here. We are very busy and do not have time to wait for you if you do not show up” I hung up the phone. Then called back and canceled the appointment and let the manager know why. I cannot speak for the quality of work done as I did not go but the poor customer service over the phone made it to where I will never go there nor make any recommendations. I then called Elle Marie in Mill creek and had the best customer service. If this gentleman continues to work there he will be doing your stylists and company a great disservice

I still remembered the first time having my hair cut there with Mai. I was skeptical with the place, but I was impressed with the way Mai cutting my hair. She took time to understand and fulfill my request. I have gone to this place for almost 2 years, and Mai still treats me with care like the first time I was there.

Awfully rude staff, particularly the guy that’s there. He acts like he’s doing you a favor by cutting your hair and doesn’t need customers. Mocked a little boy so rudely that he was almost crying, was disrespectful to his mom. And awfully rude to me when it was my turn. Would give zero stars if I could. Avoid this place, there’s ton of other good places to get a hair cut!
