Dillon did a full foil for me. Unfortunately, a bunch of my hair broke off around my face. He required 50% down to schedule the next appointment. The day before my appointment he canceled my appointment and refused to provide a refund of my deposit. He did the same thing to a friend who had referred Dillon to me. Do not prepay him he will cancel your appointment.
