The woman at the front desk was kissing her boyfriend and barely acknowledged my presence! My daughter asked her how much it would cost for a cut only and she said “Idont know. Ask someone”. She was the only one there!! 22 minutes later she told me it would be at least another 20 minutes before Erica would begin to work on my hair. I waited and oops! I coughed. Erika came out from behind her wall pretty quick then. She snapped “I can’t cut your hair”. I used to go to this salon on a regular basis when they would actual hire professionals to work with their clients. Erica gets a big thumbs down for having a super nasty attitude. I won’t go back.

I visited Splash Aveda Daytona Beach for the first time and it was a fantastic experience. I was assigned to Victoria who is amazing… I immediately felt comfortable with her, she happens to be from NYC too! I showed her a picture of the haircut I wanted, and she delivered… so you know I will be going back! So if you are in need of a cut, book Victoria (!!!) at Splash Aveda Salon Daytona Beach.

I have been at the Aveda Salon at the Volusia Mall for over 3 years. I have experienced anything but the best service every time, every single time. The Manager has always stopped by the chair to say hello and offer a beverage. I have experienced his professional approach towards his team and always offering them a helpful hand, a piece of chocolate, water etc, especially to my stylist, because she is usually very busy. The Salon is always spotless, a happy upbeat professional environment. One can tell that he is a caring individual, that makes sure his team is been taking care of. The Front Desk Receptionist is always attentive and pleasant to have a conversation with and always let my stylist known I have arrived. I recommend the Aveda Salon at Volusia Mall to any one that would love to feel and want to have a pleasant experience.
