I got in to get a perm on October 7, showed the young lady what I wanted. She said yes I can do that. So as my hair is all up and she puts the solution in that only sat for 15 mins she tested my top curl and said looks good. Washes my hair out and puts about 4 products in and yes at that time it was curly. Well I tried calling on the 8th because I noticed some of my bangs were going flat, so I wanted to talk to someone tried to leave a message but when I started to talk it stopped. Called back on the 10th got nothing by the 11th my hair is flat and I’m not happy when I paid $180 plus a $25 tip. I want it re-done and at no cost because that’s a lot of money I paid again for NOTHING. Well I have 2 days off so you have my number as I wrote it on the paper set something up because I work full-time these are my days I am open. Do what’s right for your customers and your reviews will get better.

Did waxing and tint. Tint was horrible, just went over what was there did not try to fix them. Paid $50!!! Was spotty tint. Only went because Strip salon was booked. Never again Body waxing
