Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve been going to see them for several months, they’ve always had time to get me in whenever I show up, as my schedule is very hectic, I’ve never had to wait very long when I drop in, and the appointment always starts at the set time. Even if they’re busy I’m in n out. They do an awesome job. I’ve taken my girls with me, they always have fun. Also I’ve taken my grandmother. Who has Alzheimer’s, for a manicure and a pedicure. They took great care of her, we’re very paitent and my grandmother enjoyed their services. I plan on taking her back soon. I’m in there every other week because I like to take time for myself, and I’ve yet to be unhappy with any of their work. My nails always get compliments and are long lasting. I’m just in there often because I like to color change. I’ve gotten many different styles on my nails, they’re very knowledgeable. They’ve always been really friendly and kind to me and the people I bring with. I’ve been going to see them for several months, they’ve always had time to get me in whenever I show up, as my schedule is very hectic, I’ve never had to wait very long when I drop in, and the appointment always starts at the set time. Critical: Professionalism, QualityMe and my friend went there 7-20-2021 and I showed them a picture of what I wanted (it was pretty basic and simple and so did my friend) mine were not the right color, they were crooked and lumpy, and she kept cutting me to the point of bleeding and it is very deep and she put a substance in it that burned and caused an infection. My friends were also very crooked and the man was very rough with her. Very poor place to choose for nails. Do them yourself before you come here. My fingers and nails hurt incredibly bad after getting them done as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE. Me and my friend went there 7-20-2021 and I showed them a picture of what I wanted (it was pretty basic and simple and so did my friend) mine were not the right color, they were crooked and lumpy, and she kept cutting me to the point of bleeding and it is very deep and she put a substance in it that burned and caused an infection. The black nail polish he used is see through (i’m pretty sure it was almost gone so he watered it down with acetone because he had a hell of a time locating black nail polish). The “matte” coat he painted on top wasn’t matte at all. I was so upset by the time he was done. I have never wanted a refund for services so badly in my life. I’m out $55 for a set of nails I will probably take off. DO NOT GO THERE!!! That’s what I get for not reading the reviews I guess. Also, they are not friendly at all and the guy is rough. They are absolutely horrible. I got a full set painted black matte. The nails are crooked and thick. The black nail polish he used is see through (i’m pretty sure it was almost gone so he watered it down with acetone because he had a hell of a time locating black nail polish). Worst manicure and pedicure I have ever had! Polish was clumpy, all over my cuticles and my feet were still rough when I walked out after having to pay too much in cash.
