I’ve been getting my hair cut and colored with Michele at Diffusion for the past 3 years and I could not be happier! My hair was in rough shape when I started seeing Michele and she’s worked wonders. The girls at the front desk are always polite and inviting, and Michele always knows the right products to suggest to keep my hair looking amazing. I would never get my hair colored anywhere else.

So I went to get a perm since my other perm lady passed away. Went here and got a perm. She fried the f out of my hair. It’s been 10 months and I still have damaged ends. Made my hair look awful these last 10 months. Hair was very thin, before I got my first cut I had to lather my hair in mousse when it was wet just so it would hold and not frizz up in the little strains of hair I still had. She most likely left the solution in for too long. Thank god she didn’t permanently damage my scalp in any areas. Wouldn’t not recommend getting a perm here.

Beautiful salon and they were able to get me in the same day for an SOS appointment. Erin squeezed me in at the end of her day, and even stayed late to make sure I was taken care of. They have a great location downtown to explore before or after your appointment. I definitely recommend them!

Very friendly and got us an appointment same day. We were getting my toddler’s hair cut for the 1st time ever and they were all set up to do a kids haircut and made her feel comfortable. Sarah did a wonderful job and my daughter had a great time. Very professional, great selection of products and nice atmosphere.

Needs to fix their online application. Came in for cut and color and there wasn’t a way for me to select both, so I put in comments. They only saw cut and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Shame cause I was originally recommended but because of this I will not be establishing service here. Time to continue my search in west bend.
