I called and was brought in, in no time. The ladies are fast and experienced but could use more warmth in their welcome, especially for a first time client! Negotiating doesn’t mean someone can’t afford! Suggest the best possible option to a client, without sounding offended, when a client asks a question about a certain style. All in all, I loved their work and will definitely go back.

I usually request Alice as she has a gentle hand and does a great job on the braids. It is a great place, clean, and she is fast…had my daughter’s individual and braids )(half and half) done within three hours. The right combination…fast and gentle.

They appear to be okay with braiding, but anything else is an absolute no-no. The dreads were absolutely terrible…no structure or form at all, they just put hair in head…i was quoted 1 price and when she finished, the price increased…my head had 7 bags of hair, I removed 3 bags from my head and it was still too big…I had to lean sideways to get in car…the dreads were everywhere, no form or structure at all…along with wasted time, I wasted $$$…i will never go there again or recommend them to anyone…STEER CLEAR

Please do not go here for anything other than braids, kinky micro ior ndividual. They don’t know how to do weaves My top had spaces in it and tracks showing and Alice actually thought she did a good job lol. I have had weaves before and never has it looked like that, very disheartening, I looked forward to new hairstyle after wearing wigs 3 months, woke up early to be there, they were hour late. I literally took it out 7 hrs,later. I can’t go work looking like that. Waste of my money and time. I won’t return ever not even for braids. I will go to Alexandria to get my hair done.

Came here for the first time the other day. They know attention to detail. I can see there’s a pride they take in that. I respect that. From the first day, I haven’t had any pain on my box braids, so this is definitely the place you need to come to if that’s what you need. As for mastery and technique, the ladies here got that down. And boy can they cornrow.
