Walk ins welcome… So I was sore and decided why not… wish I wouldn’t have ! Walked in said hour massage please she said $60 I said ok she said pay now I said well I can’t tip with out knowing how my service was . She said tip $10 soft $20 hard … I said ummm nooo I tip after . She was determined to take payment with added tip before service. I am a great tipper so I definitely don’t mind tipping but don’t force a tip before service NOT OK! As we were talking a guy walked In and they took him right in no payment NOTHING… smh place looked sketchy the longer I stayed inside .

Had a very bad experience here. They were very rude, unfriendly since the moment we walked in, and unprofessional. I brought my little cousin here to get a massage since he’s visiting. She first asked for payment upfront and then said they only take cash which I thought was weird. Then I sit on the couch in the front to wait for him and she tells me I can’t sit in the waiting area at the entrance and shoos me to wait in a room and she opens the door to his room where he’s changing getting ready for his massage – my baby cousin. She took me there and opened his door with the intention of putting me in his room and even though she might not of understood me saying at the beginning that he was my cousin visiting, you should never assume someone should be in a massage room with someone (I wasn’t even getting a massage) and should never not knock before opening a door. They were inappropriate and rude, so furious with this place and would never recommend them to anyone. Terrible experience, would give zero stars if possible.

This place is horrible!!!!! I’ve been here 4 times and everytime I come this place they say they’re busy… I actually called and made an appointment but when I got there they said sorry they’re busy with my appointment scheduled!!! This is unacceptable!!! I honestly think it has something to do with race!! I am a African American female and I had my hair tied up.. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!! Thank me later!!!

Very professional and skillful massage experience. Sherry was excellent in customer service and her massage techniques. I felt like a new person after 90 min deep full body. I brought my own CBD oil and she had no problem using that. Thank you very much

HORRIBLE how they changed management & MISINFORM you on pricing. They remodeled & now YOU’RE paying for it. I got a 60 minute massage for $60 according to what’s posted & on their signage at the front desk. Go to pay & its $72. Its a $2 charge for a debit card & $10 gratuity. And the massage is not that great either. So disappointed, I will definitely be looking for another massage parlor.

As a person who spending an enormous amount of money on massages at various locations. I have to honestly say, this new managements service is HORRIBLE!!!! The absolute worst foot massage ever (YES I SAID EVER). HAD TO CUT IT TO 30 MINUTES VS AN HOUR!!! (LAST TIME) I’m ever coming here.
