Dick used a previous customer’s towel on my face and used a hand vacuum on me wh he was “done”. I asked for a trim on the sides and I showed him the hair partings that I have. He ruined the lining of my hair and did the bangs terribly by cutting them straight across. I ended up shaving my head the same day. He is simply tto old to be cutting hair now. He was holding onto the chair the whole time because he was struggling to stand.
