It’s been more than 5 years since Diane did “microblanding” on my eyebrows and I’m still trying to fix the disaster she did. The strokes were non-existent, just a solid block of pigment that was too dark for my skin and hair tones. I’m now undergoing laser tatoo removal, which is very painful and expensive, in the hope of being able to get real microblading at some point. I’ve lost my eyebrows due to alopecia so I have no hairs to cover all this mess, which has made this process a lot more frustrating.

When I arrived for my appointment, Diane patiently and clearly explained my options for micro blading and/or micro shading to help me decide what was the best option for me. She also clearly explained the process so that I knew what to expect once she got started. Diane next guided me through selecting the color shade for my brows.When we were ready to start, a numbing cream was applied to help make the process less painful. As Diane worked on my brows, she was very attentive and professional. She provided suggestions and options throughout and asked for my input and opinion to ensure that I was happy with how they came out.when it was done, I was expecting my eyebrows to be very dark for a few days and need to fade before reaching the desired shade, as I had heard that about micro blading in general. However, the ink that Diane uses doesn’t do that. Instead, the color/shade were perfect from day1.
