They were so harsh with my skin and cuticles that I ended up bleeding in multiple spots as you can see in the photos. The polish on one on my nails has a see-through spot. The areas where my skin was cut open stung under the light. I also told the woman doing my nails it stung and hurt and she just apologized and kept filing the same spot, which makes for a very painful nail salon visit. Will never come here again

Positive: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI rarely have to wait for an appointment, or a walk in. Diane and Tina both do an excellent job. I get gel manicures, and this is the first place I’ve been to locally that my gel mani lasts for over 2 weeks without chipping.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueDiane’s Nails is the best! Diane and Tina are the greatest nail techs around! I have been coming here for over a year now thanks to a friend referral. Tina is always the one who does my nails and toes, and she always does a fabulous job! Their prices are reasonable as well, even for gel nails and gel pedicures (which last so much longer). Tina has been amazing with helping me with my toenail issue. I had some fungus on both of my big toes that has been there for years. I was told by another nail salon that the discoloration and thickness of my nails was “normal and part of aging”. Wrong – Don’t believe this myth! From the first time that Tina saw my toes, she pointed out that this was nail fungus. She has been working on getting rid of it for me since I started having my pedicures there, and now it’s about gone (Tina says it takes alot of time for the nail to grow out). The equipment used was NOT cleaned between clients and the work spaces were covered in nail dust, as were the tools, from OTHER CLIENTS. There was a LOT of skin left around my cuticles at the end of my so-called manicure. They didn’t have any lotion so my hands were very dry, even after washing all the dry skin/nail dust off my hands thoroughly. The polish application was the same level as I have done at home and I had to fix the jagged edges they left when I got home.

I can not rave enough about how amazing Daine is! Not only is she good at her job but such a sweet person who always asks about my family and just life itself. I’ve been getting my nails done for a long time and out of all the different salons I’ve been too Diane is the only person who has been have to grow my OWN REAL nails out longer then any acrylics I’ve ever had and I’ve never had a nail break. She is truly great!

Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to! To start, they said when we called them that they could do dip nails and when my group arrived, they said they could only do gel. Against our better judgement, my group of ladies got our nails done because we were trying to get them done in time for a wedding this weekend. To my horror, as I’m getting my nails done, I realize they clearly hadn’t cleaned their equipment and other people’s nail dust was scattered all over their work spaces. They charged for manicures and gel nail application but didn’t do any manicures. My nails at the end were so jagged and crooked that I had to try smoothing and evening them with a nail file myself as soon as I got home. They’d done such a shoddy job that I didn’t even trust them to fix the mess they’d made!

I had a bad experience with Lan Nails in Hummelstown right before my wedding on Oct. 11th, I dealt with those horrible nails for 3 weeks trying to find a reputable nail salon to fix them and letting them grow out some. I called Diane on a Thursday while on break at work and asked her how late she would be open on Saturday cause I work til 5pm. She asked me if I could be there by 5:30pm, I said yes! I made it there on time right at 5:30pm and Diane greeted me right away. I showed her a picture of what I was looking for and told her how horrible Lan Nails was and she agreed that my nails were messed up. They were way too thick and just not done correctly at all. She told me how gel is actually better for my real nails underneath and that acrylic is bad. Diane took her time and did everything right. My nails are 10 times lighter and absolutely beautiful! She is now my go to for all things nails forever! I was at Lan for 30 minutes, which is being rushed for a full set of nails. I had a bad experience with Lan Nails in Hummelstown right before my wedding on Oct. 11th, I dealt with those horrible nails for 3 weeks trying to find a reputable nail salon to fix them and letting them grow out some.
